Dirty tables, dirty counter, lazy employees, lots of flies. I can only imagine what the kitchen is like. I do not have high hopes for fast food places, but doing the bare minimum of making the place look clean would be a huge step up. For instance, wipe up the spilled soda on the counter where you put my tray. Yes, there was a pool of spilled soda and the cashier put my tray in it. That is just plain lazy. One employee was hanging out in the dining room with his broom and dustpan. Yep, there was stuff on the floor waiting to be swept up. I guess you have to take things one step at a time though. Wow I don't even know how to start a few weeks ago I came to this burger king and we were hungry and so we were going in and just a reminder there are people inside eating just like a regular burger king and when we try going in the doors are locked and the workers see us and they walk way acting like the store is closed and so we just left and we just let it slide. Today we went to go and when we were getting our order in the middle of when we are telling them that we want 1 whopper 1 fish filet and one medium drink with fries, they just start laughing in the middle and so we were pissed and then when we came up to the window the lady there had the biggest attitude in the world she was so mean. We just wanted to make sure that the fish filet didn't have sauce and then we asked and she just stood there and then my mom told her that "it doesn't hurt to be nice" and we just left and the lady was so mean and throwing her hands in the air when my mom asked her a question and the funny part is they weren't paying attention to when they were taking our order so we got one free fish filet and one free sprite. Very unorganized, drive through waited time was more than 10 mins from beginning till order received. Ordered done, repeated order already. First window (payment) not really knew what she was doing. She told me the total of the bill which was $21.xx but ask me Bacon kings meal right?? I replied No. Use your 5 senses, one meal for $21.xx??? Probably the worst BK I've ever gone to...even after the remodel. The workers are careless and the food is terrible. They just can't seem to get it right. I haven't eaten in a BK in about 5 years and now it might be a few more years before I try them again. Ordered my Whopper w/Cheese "Off the Broiler" to get a super fresh one. They definitely did not make it with a meat patty off the broiler but gave me a freshly toasted bun. A Whopper fresh off the broiler is not bad for a fast food burger. Sometimes, I just have a hankering for BK. However, considering how bad I find most of the locations to be, it usually is practically suicide to do. However, today was one of those days, so I dragged my wife (who hates BK) and my kid to this location. I was pleasantly surprised by this BK. First, the guy who took our order was not inept. He did get my wife's order wrong, but we discovered it when he was reviewing our order, so it was right when it came. As usual, the food took longer than it should for a quick service restaurant. The food was standard for BK, maybe a bit above average. However, the onion rings and my kid's chicken nuggets were cool when they arrived. Well, I guess you can't expect too much. The location is bright and quite nice on a sunny day. The only problem is that this accentuates the dirtiness of the floor. The tables though were fine. However, we still snatched any food that hit touched the table out of our kid's hands. The most interesting features where the digital menus. The were quite a sight. As opposed to McDonald's, which is going for a more homey feel, it seems this BK is going for the futuristic look. However, there is a certain absurdity with this BK. The banners hanging around the store showed 20-somethings eating BK burgers off of trendy plates, with fries and onion rings in the wire cones you tend to see in a brew pub and drinking their drinks out of glass pint glasses. This begs the question: Who would actually do this? The purpose of fast food take out is to be able to eat something quickly and not get any dishes dirty. Isn't it? My favorite place to go get burgers in the area I love this loco place to sit and get the delicious apple pie that they have also they have fantastic promotions for all coffe lovers!!. they sell you small , medium or large coffe just for $0.53 cents not matter what size you wants isn't awesome!? I ordered a large order through the app. Drove 10min to get to the store. I told the woman on the other end of the drive through speaker that I ordered though the app and she had no clue what I was talking about. She asked me what I ordered and when I told her what i ordered she called me rude.... then I pulled up to the drive thru widow and was told by a manager that they didn't have milkshakes or onions rings, both of which I ordered. He said he didn't know how to take them off of my order and then was mia for a while. He then came back and asked if I needed anything else, I said yes, I'm waiting for my food. I have been to this Burger King location more than 10 times, and it is one of the worst I have ever been to in terms of food taste. While service is always quite good (only been drive through) it tastes like they reuse old oil and that the food is not freshly made. More than half the time I have gone the bread is crumbly and stale which means it is old. I suspect you have a cheap franchisee here that is not keeping stock fresh and has trained his employees to NOT throw away food as is customary to keep things fresh. You may wonder why I have been there 10x if the food is always bad and the truth is that I really like BK and each time I visit this one (located 1 min from my house) I am optimistic that it will be better than the time before. read more

Worst food and zero effort. Asked for a whopper cooked fresh, I said I didn't care if I had to wait. 4 minutes later, burger was ready. Like warm at best, no lie. I've had two experiences with this BK. The first time is when we first moved here and went through the drive through, horrible experience. The had a very difficult time taking our order and getting it right. Fast forward a few months and I am home by myself with three sick kids. I don't want to cook dinner, let alone leave my house! So I ordered online with BK delivers. Genius. The food arrived faster than predicted and was very well packaged. It was hot and delicious. I think the fries were hotter with delivery than going through the drive through... Best of all, the delivery person was friendly. I will definitely order again through BK delivers next time I'm too lazy to leave the house. read more

After waiting 10 minutes behind 2 cars I was finally greeted with a soda with 4 ice cubes. Looked through the window and could almost smell the , "We could give 2 f $#^cks" attitude. I was handed my food, thanked and pulled forward. I realized I should probably double check my order and realized the drinks were missing from my 2 kids meals . While they were retrieved I opened the kids bags and noticed they had also failed to add the fries. Yes, you literally missed 66 percent of my order. After finally getting what I ordered i drove off, handed my kids the food and realized, yes of course you added pickles and mustard even tgough I asked twice for the plain cheeseburger.
