Lots of departments to peruse through and so much selection to choose from. Service is okay, need to search for someone if you need to ask for help. Most of the time they are too busy cleaning or merchandising their departments. The cassis (checkout) was so messy with people leaving miscellaneous items they don't want. Oh well.

The gal who helped told me she is from Cambodia originally. She lives in France and works for Ferragamo the past few years. She was the most patience, helpful sales person that I experienced and enjoyed while spending over $60K shopping in Europe. She went inside the storage and pulled out all the bags that just arrived and not yet in the show room. I ended up with 3 bags, 1 men wallet and 1 wrist strap wallet. I think she did an excellent job in assisting customers with her communication, knowledge skills.
