Burberry will be Burberry but this stores customer service deserves .3 stars at most. I don't have time to elaborate but long story short: 1) the sales associates need hella training. Make sure your sales associates know to plug in the credit card machine correctly and know that some use chip readers!! For a store located in an area that serves mostly foreigners you must really have issues if you insist the only credit card machines that you have are the swiping ones that you did not even properly plug in.
Ask your manager something if you don't know before you send someone on a wild goosechase for cash that isn't needed, especially when its for a store like Burberry. No one wants to carry around a couple thousand dollars in cash around Paris.
2) Make sure the sales associates aren't so hasty. Let the customer finish asking her question and explaining before you go ahead and reverse the transaction only to do the same thing again!!! TRANSACTION FEEs ARENT CHEAP.
3) attitude. attitude. attitude. this was a hit or miss. Some were very good but others were very sour that left us with bitterness. The way that some "higher ups" act can make the customer and other lower employees feel very uncomfortable.
For a place that like Burberry, the customer service really REALLY surprised me. Maybe it's the reason we were one of the two transactions that were made within the 4 hours we were in the store. read more
