They have a process of having only the # of customers as the number of associates. I can respect that. We sat down on a bench that was right outside their store (shopping at these outlets can be tiring.). After 10 mins on the bench, we saw someone else come in and went to tell the guy at the door we are in the line. He said sitting on the bench cannot be honored. And the attitude with which he said was definitely not customer centric. And again it may not be intended but like Maya Angelou says, its not about what you said or did but how it made me feel. For me respect comes before everything. There is enough premium brands that treat people better. read more

I was on a 15 minute time limit due to an existing appointment , Jewelsz was fantastic pulling sizes and patient when I was struggling whether I really needed a bag. I enjoy stopping by this outlet on my treks across Texas. They have fairly good range of items such as clothing and accessories (sunglasses, purses, scarves, shoes, etc.). I asked them specifically if this is authentic Burberry or an outlet level item, and it was confirmed by an employee that these are authentic Burberry items sold. I was advised that they are out of season items. Items range from 10-25% off. Often they have additional percentages off during the year such as an extra 10-30% off depending on the purchase price. That helps to decrease the cost of items to sometimes even 50%. It's hard to get classic pieces, but there are some hidden gems. You can also call to see what items are in stock if there's something particular you are looking for. Again, if you like the brand, but are not committed to specific pieces, you can easily get a Burberry item at a reasonable price. read more

I have been shopping here for the past 7 years and sometimes I buy 2 to 5 items when I go in there. I understand that XXXL are hard to come by sometimes but it is still worth the stop as even items as gifts while there is alright with me. But Saturday I stepped in for a browse and with every intent to make a purchase either for myself or as a gift, and had the worst experience ever. I don't know if I was stereotyped or what but when I looked through the lower drawers to find my size in NON-DISPLAYED T-shirts I was immediately shut down by the hosts stating "that is for employees only to open". I was like "how can I even shop if the clothes that is in my size isn't even displayed"? And after shopping here for all the years, not a soul has ever told me that I couldn't shop and look through those drawers. I don't know if JULIA is new or does not have the proper training but she sent someone my way to inform me that I was not welcomed to see what was in there. Did I look broke? Was it my skin? Was it that they are too lazy to organize the small amount of clothing that I carefully looked through for my size and style? All in all it was embarrassing to me to not be able to shop freely when my whole intent was to make a purchase. Again, I may not be a ridiculous spender but spend $1,500 or more almost every time I arrive which is 2 to 3 times a year if possible. I just would've liked a little respect or at least more help if those drawers were all of sudden forbidden from peasants. Which was exactly the way I was made feel. Loved the pieces and prices here. Burberry has the most adorable pieces. I walked in and was drawn to several items. The store itself is a nice size and it is very organized. Staff members are well dressed in their suits and were helpful but not overbearing. This store would be a reason to return to the outlet all by itself. If you are a fan of Burberry, I am pretty confident, there's something here for you. read more

So the gentleman named Michael at Burberry was so nice and had great customer service. We didn't end up buying anything because we just don't want to pay $99.00 for a button down men's shirt. The store does a good layout and if you can afford those prices then its a great store for you. I have no complaints at all and someday when my husband and I need something fancy we will go there again. read more

The service is slipping. I've shopped here 3 years in a row on my annual trip yo Austin. They no longer button up the trench nicely before putting it in the garment bag- including the front shoulder flap - to retain the shape of one's purchase. They use regular sized hangers on smaller women's coats which put those annoying poofs in the fabric below the shoulder seam. The selection of size 0 coats was not as good, but that may be because I stopped there the weekend before a holiday weekend. read more

I Absolutely love this store and the care and attention that the Sales Associate's give me when I go , which is twice a year since I live quite far from a boutique.
