I was looking for this place for about 3 weeks, oh Lord I finally found it. I ordered a hot dog with everything and fries. I liked the brother/sister duo, she was really sweet, and the brother took pride in his ownership, they both made me feel fuzzy inside. I have been wanting to stop in and try these guys. Since I hit my weight loss goal for the month, I decided to take two steps back and I guess I'll have to walk this off... But my goodness is this good food! I ordered the Liberty Dog. It's a good hot dog, stuffed into a perfect bun. The buns are made locally by a bakery in Novato. Held up perfectly to everything going on here... You have the dog, wrapped in bacon, covered in carne asada, peppers, two kinds of cheese, onions and maybe more? Delicious combo of a hot dog and a Philly cheesesteak your cool Mexican cousin dreamed up after a night of smoking the good green and then he added little of his own Mexican style to make it his own! The guys in the truck are very cool and they had me try their pulled pork taco. Guess they thought I didn't get enough to eat. Their tortas are HUGE. They have dogs, tacos, tortas and maybe more. Run , don't walk to buns only!!!! This place is killer !!! It's a newer food truck in SR (they have different locations daily so check their IG) but are on Sebastopol rd a lot. They have gourmet loaded hot dogs, burgers, tortas and loaded fries! My husband and I have heard great things mainly on social media so we had to try it (I'm always down for a mean hot dog!) We ate outside at their Sebastopol rd location for dinner. I got the "street dog" hot dog : sautéed onions, jalepenos mustard and ketchup. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Hubby got the "corn dog": basically an elote on top of the hot dog. All the hot dogs come bacon wrapped but you can ask for without the bacon. They even made our little daughter a cheese quesadilla!! The horchata is one of the best I've had!! We talked to the owners and they even brought us a complimentary steak fries (steak , jalepenos, pick de gallo, guacamole, cheese all on top of fries!!) to try. It's not something I would have ordered but it was sooo fantastic that we'll definitely be going back to order more. That was so awesome and sweet of them to give that to us to try. The dogs, especially the street dog is to die for. Absolute best in town. Everything else should be... no... *needs* to be dropped from the menu. If they stripped out the rest they've a million dollar product and concept on their hands. It's classic heaven and hell menu, you have a phenomenal thing but you worry that it's not enough so you go "lets put this other stuff on there, appeal to as many people as possible" well I'm here to tell you - "don't put that other stuff on there!" It's just added overhead, produce to buy, complication in the line and it's more potential to disappoint by someone ordering something that isn't your absolute best. Take your million dollar concept and run with it, strip out the deadweight! read more

Hands down one of the best street dogs I've ever had. Portions are huge for the price. If you're a bottomless pit who likes great food you'll be happy eating from this truck. Loaded fries are packed with authentic flavor from the seasoning of the carne asada to the freshness of the pico de gallo. The fries maintained good consistency which is rare in this modern spin on nachos. Every bite was as good as the one before. I have a big appetite and still could barely finish 1 order of them. Can easily feed 2 people for 20 bucks. Nice area and friendly people too. The only suggestion I would make has to be the addition of Jarritos sodas to the drink choices. read more

Their Cubano sandwich is infinitely superior to Sol Food's Cubano - hands down. 'Seriously caught me off guard.

I have not left a review on Yelp for years, but this place was so good, I had to leave a post. The hot dogs were perfectly wrapped in bacon that did not come undone in the first bite. The rolls were soft and big enough to hold all the fixings. Don't wear white jeans, because you will get messy. Next time, I will ask to lighten up on the condiments, but otherwise, it was delicious. Do your digestion a favor, and get the chili cheese fries, made with chorizo. So good. We will be back. read more

My hubby & I are obsessed with their hot dogs & loaded fries!!! The hot dogs are huge & will fill you up, so one loaded fries to share is plenty. Their dogs are wrapped in bacon and loaded with yummy toppings. The buns aren't regular hot dog buns either, they are better quality & toasted. If you haven't tried, you are missing out!! No where near as good as many are claiming. I had the cheeseburger. My wife had the quesadilla. The cheeseburger was greasy and had some odd flavors (like way too much black pepper). This place in SO UNDERRATED! I personally love their food from both of their taco trucks but today I tried the cheeseburgers from Buns Only. My boyfriend and I are quite picky when it comes to trying new places but we were in the mood for some burgers and decided to come hear to try the burgers (we usually just get the hot dogs--they're so yummy also!) My boyfriend loves cooking so he's a pretty harsh critic and he LOVED the burger! I loved the burger I got as well. On top if that, they're so kind when it comes to service. That included: Them checking up on you during your lunch visit, making sure to meet you half way to give you your food, and once you're leaving, they'll thank you for coming by. Best food I've ever bought at Parliament Brewing in Rohnert Park. Plentiful, super yummy, fair prices. My family had chili (chorizo) dog, pastrami dog, cheese dog today and all were delicious and filling. Saw fellow patrons enjoying the dirty fries- such a huge sharable serving - if we weren't 79 and 80, we may have taken a chance on that beautiful tasty plateful.
