It is obvious that a majority of the staff don't want to be here. Even the greeter at the main entrance couldn't crack a smile. Came in here looking for a replacement plumping part, and while it does have a massive range, it does make it hard to know where to find what your looking for even if you're in the right section. I'm convinced that you'll find a pot of gold before you'll find a staff member willing to help you. After about twenty minutes of searching we found one of Bunnings team members. This team member didn't look at us and barely even knowledged our existence, his only "helpful" advice was to tell us that they didn't have what we were looking for and for him that was it, end of conversation. read more

I dropped in here to look for mower parts, and while they didn't have them they were very helpful. While there's a lot of parking, getting in and out us a bit strange. If you're coming from the Homebush side, you have to go past and through a back-street. Trying to get out on to the main road takes aaaaaages, because it's so close to the lights. read more
