Service is terrible. Always an issue at cash register. My wife has been in there for an hour trying to checkout and now two women are fighting about something. Selection is adequate for what they have but this is a tourist trap area. Prices are inflated. I recommend not shopping here. Too many issues. read more

We were staying in Perdido Key, but we wanted to spend the day in Orange Beach. And we stopped at the Wharf so my brother could go into a store he found online. I saw Bungalows as we walked by, and they had such cute stuff. So I ended up buying the cutest tie dye dress. And I wish I would have bought the buddha girl bracelets. I might call and see if they will ship! They were so friendly too. We are from KY! read more

Adorable things at Bungalows. Hands down one of my favorite stores. I love this store bc of the affordable prices on unique and couture items. One reason to stop in is for the exceptional selection of jewelry with Pandora, Luca + Dani, and Alex and Ani. I can always find something new in the fashion section, and I love the 2B Together dresses and tops. Bungalows is always ahead of the trends, that is what I love. I can purchase ahead of season, and I will be in style for a whole year. read more

The owner followed me and my daughter around the whole time. Kept asking if we had found anything if I made eye contact with her, but she was following us because she profiles us. I guess a mom with short shorts and a little girl with braids aren't welcome. We bought some soil color changing nail polish, but I wouldn't have supported her business had my daughter not been with me. We were taking the time to spend time together, just the two of us without her three brothers. I was very bothered and embarrassed by the way she looked at us. read more

Bungalows is a must visit when I come to the beach! They have some of the cutest clothes, gifts, and home decor items! Mud Pie, Pandora, Brighton, etc along with a great assortment of coastal items. Their return policy is clearly stated in the store, however, they were accommodating to me when I wanted to exchange a frame I bought for a larger one. Very nice people! read more

I went to this store with intention of buying Pandora bracelets and charms. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude and acted like she didn't have time to answer our questions or show us the jewelry. There was not another customer in the store. When we did ask questions, she only had one word answers and rolled her eyes. We will not be taking our business there anymore. This used to be our favorite shop at the Wharf. My wife and I purchased a Nautical salad bowl by Mud Pie at the Orange Beach, AL Bungalow store on 8/10/2018. We realized upon returning home and unpackaging our purchase that the glass rim on the bowl was chipped and therefore unusable. I immediately contacted the store explaining our delima to store representative Karen. Karen explained our purchase was the last of the item in stock, but that a shipment was due in the near future. I inquired about the return policy and Karen stated "not to worry" since this was damaged goods an exchange for the same item or a refund (not a store credit) would be honored, and the matter would be resolved within 30 days. On 9/3/2018 we were informed by Karen that a shipment with our bowl had been received at their Foley, AL store, and that we would by notified when they had the bowl. One week passed and not being called, I phoned the store on 9/10/2018 to be informed they did not have our replacement bowl and we would not receive a refund as promised. We embarked on a 1 hour drive from our Florida home to Orange Beach to see if the store had a suitable exchange which they did not, and a refund was refused. At the Wharf in Orange Beach. We had a party of 4 visit this store and had a great time looking around. They have such a wide selection of jewelry, candles, ladies clothing, and upscale items for the home, and more! We all purchased things. I was particularly looking for a nice gift for our neighbor who was keeping our dog for us back home. The two sales ladies were so sweet and helpful. They could not have been any nicer. Two of us went back the next day to pick up some small beach items for friends and to exchange the large tray I had originally bought for my neighbor. Her best friend had called me back after we left the store and told me she would use the crudite' platter more than the tray. Two different sales ladies were there and were just as great as the other ladies. The platter was just a little less than the tray so I had a credit to use, because they do not do refunds, but that was not a problem for me. We had a wonderful experience here. Would highly recommend this store. read more

If your ever in Orange Beach, Al at The Wharf, don't ever go here. It's called Bungalows and they have a no return policy. They will give you store credit but no refund even if you bought something and need to return it the same day. Horrible policy. I waited over 30 minutes to buy a ring and Yeti cooler. The staff ignored me as best they could and continued to chit chat with others in the store. Nice display of Yeti. I finally gave up, the sales girl was very rude to me. I went Dow a few shops away and bought the 50qt Yeti cooler and in to Pensacola for the Pandora ring. Won't ever go back to these rude people. read more
