We have been to BB several times and today we attended a birthday party. This place is so cute, they have 5 bounces and they're all a little different. They have a little play area for kids 3 and under with a train table and some plastic slides and climbers. The birthday party room is good size and has easy accessibility to the bounce room and its own rest rooms. The workers were extremely attentive today and kept kids from playing inappropriately on the equipment, which I, very much appreciate. The place is clean and organized. Weve been coming here for 3 years, I would love to see a new bounce or new activity to change it up. Thanks for a great day Bungalow Bounce!

Sent out chicken tenders one batch was 90% batter showed the young lady at the register, she tried to argue and say it was chicken in there. They have classic area of side by side trampolines, a trampoline Basketball area, a trampoline Dodgeball area, trampoline foam pit, mini rock climb wall, children's obstacles course areas with fun slides and to finish it off a trampoline 'Wipeout' spinning trampoline sweeper. All in all good well kept, clean and good in shape apparatuses. Little to no wait in most areas [minus basketball which could get tied up with a group game]. There is also a small arcade area if you need a breakaway from the bouncing action. Just know that is a separate cost from your original timed wristband given when entering for you bouncing session. Outside of that there is a small beverage concession to get water or a frozen Icee drink and lockers to put valuables [keys, wallets, phones and shoes]. All in all an amazing time where I'd consider going back with or without the kiddos, maybe for a date night with the Mr. ;)

Get the annual pass, 2hrs of jump everyday and the kids get their energy out. It's fantastic…read more It can be very loud and overwhelming for some kids so it's not for everyone. If you are a parent who needs to work on the side and using the counter table and chair, it can be a bit of a mess and you might need to clean. They don't get used much so it can be overlooked. The top counter needs to be dusted periodically. It is covered by a thick dust if you wipe it. You won't notice it at first because of the colour of the counter but if you put something on it, you will bring with you dust bunnies. Need to check on toilet paper too. ;) Beside from that, staff are nice and rely do their job. It's a big place so I know some areas can be missed sometimes.

They also have a few video games, and while they are more active games (pedaling or kicking a soccer ball) our little ones seemed to gravitate towards those - even though our hope with going there was to be off screens. It was incredibly crowded. We couldn't even find a spot in the parking lot. Lots of people were parking across the way at Carrabba's so we did the same, but then as we walked up to the Sky Zone entrance there was a sign that said they would tow and to park next to Office Max. So I went back and moved the car, however, that was not the most ideal lot to have to walk over with kids since there's no crosswalk.

Despite confirming details in advance and paying nearly $700, the event was disorganized from the start. We were given the wrong party room number, causing delays, and when the kids were ready to eat, the room and food were not prepared on time. The biggest issue was the ice cream. I had paid for ice cream for all guests, but only after the party started was I told they were out. I was advised mid party to buy something next door at Food Lion so my husband went to get ice cream--only for the manager to confront me in front of guests saying I couldn't serve it due to policy. After an embarrassing back‑and‑forth, they eventually allowed it, but the damage was done. My son's party was disrupted, and my guests witnessed unnecessary conflict. To make matters worse, billing confusion at the end left me feeling accused of not covering a guest, only for it to later be revealed as a miscommunication that left me feeling awkward because the venue involved the other family by calling them. The entire experience was stressful, embarrassing, and poorly handled. While the party host tried to be helpful, the management's lack of communication and professionalism ruined the celebration. I've been a loyal customer since they opened, but after this ordeal I am cancelling my membership. Customer service matters, and this event showed me Big Air Raleigh does not value it.

Interesting experience as I am writing this right now in their facility:…read more This is a fun place for the kids to come. This is my second time bringing my kids. We got checked in and my two girls ran up and started playing. My son and I straggled behind a few moments. Before reaching the trampolines, one of the employees stopped us and said my son cannot wear the socks he was wearing. He was wearing Galaxy Fun Park Sock (the competition). I asked why he couldn't wear those socks since they were in compliance with what was required in their facility (grip bottom socks). The employee said they were "Galaxy Socks" and that it's policy. After a moment of awkwardness, they gave my son some other socks at no charge. After walking past them, I looked at my two daughters and one was wearing Urban Air Socks and the other was wearing Galaxy Fun Park Socks. They were never stopped and told to change socks. As I'm sitting here writing this review (I was going to give them a 3-Star review for the awkward interaction and inconsistent experience) the same employee kindly just walked up to me and handed me two pairs of socks for my girls. I smiled at him and thanked him. All in all, I appreciate the consistent effort. They were kind about it. I'll be back, again.
