It's not the fact that they were closing early. It's not the fact that they had no food available. It's not the fact that the "Open" sign was lit up. They were out of ice, and the soda machine was terrible. The Coke and root beer tasted bad, and half of the machine didn't even work. To top it off, Madison refused to call out order names.
