I forgot to get his name, I was in shock that he cared, it's rare. I'm sure someone will B and M about this place soon enough because it's a company and people are childish, thin-skinned, and ignorant. This is a really cool dealership in a historic Coca-Cola bottling plant. It was my favorite…read moredealership visit out of 13 stops in New England. It's a very unique design with a blend of Harley-Davidson and Coca-Cola, very rustic. I'm glad they pay tribute to the history of the building rather than cover it up with HD's tacky modernization program where they strip buildings of all of their character. One of the best dealerships I've seen anywhere in the country and I've been to hundreds! It is deceptively huge. They opened at 10am and we rolled in at 945am and they were already busy getting activities lined up for the day on a Saturday. From the outside it looks kind of small but it's a huge building inside and stretches in the other directions quite a bit. Their poker chips have submarines on them which I thought was cool. Staff was super friendly and sales was no pressure ( a good thing). I loved all the memorabilia located throughout. They had a great customer/HOG lounge area and clean bathrooms. They have a dedicated indoor food space that they were setting up for the day. Prices on everything I looked at was comparable and reasonable to other HD's. Most dealers after I stop at them once I never see a need to go again, but this one I would stop at again if I was in the area for sure. There should be a list of unique and awesome HD dealers and this should be on it.

I arrived, picked up the battery and asked about installation. They informed me that it would cost me $200 dollars for new cables, new terminals, for certain electric boxes to be removed and then reinstalled. This was in addition to the cost of the battery. This was absurd and I left not willing to be taken advantage of. A friend installed the battery for me the next day. There was absolutely no need for any new parts or removal of electric components for the installation. I returned the old battery and asked to see the manager. He asked if the man had been speaking to me regarding the $200. He said it must not have been his worker. He said that it was not a big deal. He said that there was no way his worker would charge me for something like that. He said his without ever looking at me. Instead, he was typing at his computer or looking at the counter. This store is an example of why automotive stores have the reputation of cheating customers and working together in house to make sure no one is held accountable.
