The store owner was even so nice to have contacted me even when I had one bad experience and she was kinda enough to apologize and make things right and was so polite as to give me a FREE OUNCE of powder just for helping me with my one bad experience in the store other then that everything is PERFECT!!! The quality, top notch, and the prices you can't beat! Tried this Kratom store while I was in town and it was absolutely spectacular! The quality of the product was off the charts and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice! I went in relatively educated on kratom and the staff was able to educate me even further on it. I ended up trying the white Thai and loved it! The atmosphere in there is incredibly warm and welcoming. I asked how potent it was, and they pulled out a whole test sheet! They test for a ton of different things and they were more than welcome to share their results.
