I purchased the larger of the 2 deals, $69 towards $139 worth of diagnostics, repair, etc. Although my Living Social app steered me a little past the location initially, I laughed it off with the young lady at the desk. She was very courteous and professional and answered all of my questions. James did a wonderful job with repairing my screen and got my computer back to me quickly. The thorough move out clean was what was expected, I should have stayed and set expectations a lot higher but I had so much to do with the move .
