It does not matter if you send emails or messages through their patient portal -- you simply do not get answers. I reached out multiple times and was ignored. Because they failed to follow up with me, I was forced to book an entire medical appointment and pay a copay just to get information I should have received by email. I wasted both my time and my money. It is now January 13 and I am still without the medication I need and still without a proper reply. This is unacceptable and irresponsible patient management. I called the office directly and have on audio recording saying they are in-network for the specific Tricare plan, which again, is said otherwise by Tricare.
