I had a terrible experience from the beginning. The guy was suppose to be there full days for a…read moreweek to complete the job. He would show up around 11:00 leave for lunch by noon and not come back until 2:00 and then leave for the day at 4:00. The job went on for 2.5 weeks and was not done correctly. I have a large section in my master where there's a dip I'm guessing there's no carpet pad underneath that area. My master bathroom is planks that have chips/ broken corners etc. Instead of replacing them, like I was told, they used markers and glue and left them. There are pieces cut too short all around the edges and they are just filled with caulk. They added corner round to hide some gaps but it's not even cut to fit together. My guest bathroom also has chipped planks and broken baseboards. The carpet in the stairs isn't tight and wasn't adhered properly. It bubbles when you walk on them and sucks up in the vacuum if you try to sweep over them. I gave them a chance to do the right thing. I was told to find someone and get an estimate and we'd go from there. I was then told they aren't liable for anything.
