They will take time to answer questions or talk through any concerns you may have with your pet, without making you feel like you're being rushed through the visit. They will also text or call as a follow up if there were any concerns at the appointment. For example, I had concerns about a spot on my dog's leg and they sent a couple follow up texts about a week apart to see how he was doing with the prescribed medication. Their waiting room is small and they remain busy so I also appreciate that they have you wait in your car, checking in via phone.

I have very high anxiety and I love these animals and they have all I got she helped me she let me in as that day to see did heart disease testing and Noah ended up having a blood clot and the other veterinary place only told me to give them certain kind of but he had a blood and a bladder infection and he's only a year old and so I am so grateful for her she explained so much she so nice so much bedside manner a We have just talked on the phone and I started crying, but she saved his life and made me understand and answered all my questions without feeling like I was a hassle she has a office that is beautiful my mom had said when she picked up Noah, very comforting, and it really felt like she really loves animals and the other place in Mt. Washington. I have to say I not mention their name but no phone calls . the doctors were out that day and so I was told I was gonna get a call on Monday and Noah could've died, but Dr. Johnson's office helped me and helped me with payments and everything and I am grateful so grateful for her and that office and the people .please go to Dr. Johnson's office if you love your animals like they're your own kids that's the place to go. His instructional videos are very educational and his program is very informative. We started seeing results within one week of doing his online puppy program. His online puppy classes is beneficial to our family. Our pup, Newton is healthy, happy and on his way to be a well-behaved dog. With Stonnie's program we solved jumping to people, counter surfing, excited urination and pulling. Our pup doesn't chew our sofa, socks and remote control! I am very picky about who grooms my baby because some people take off too much fur and they never leave him with a round face which is personally how I prefer him. But she literally listened to my needs and did a phenomenal job with his cut. Also, I was pleased to see that not only do they sell bakery items for your dog but they also have dog food and other items that you wouldn't expect to be sold at a grooming salon. I love how clean the space was and everyone was so welcoming and made sure my baby was in and out! I think we found our new groomer! Thank you Christina! You are amazing :)
