I hired another contractor after Lowe's settlement and they made sure they leveled the deck and added more joists, window glazing, met the contract details and satisfied the Fairfax County Code requirements. The new contractor pored concrete around holes left around posts, and fixed the stair lights and completed the gutters underneath.
