This was sprung on us completely out of the blue and we didn't have a lot of resources to just pick a removal service out of a hat. After calling around and getting outrageous quotes, our friend assured us that Edgar would be very reasonable and he was! Now, this isn't a huge well known business like the "Got Junk" guys or Waste Mgmt, it's a small, local and family owned business, but he really does take his job seriously. Again this was an unexpected situation but they came through for us. When I called, the owner Edgar, was really nice as I explained the situation to him. I went over the time we needed the dumpster, the address and that was it. On the actual day, he arrived at the scheduled time, left the dumpster and let us get on with it. The payment process was very easy. We took care of the payment when the dumpster was dropped off and there were no extra "hidden" fees. It was a flat and very very reasonable rate. What we really appreciated was that this company didn't rush us at all! When I previously called around to other places, a lot of them had a cap on the time you were allotted once they made the drop off. Or if you went over that time, you had to pay more etc etc. But, they didn't do that here. He assured us that we could take our time and just call him when we were done. Once we finished, I called Edgar and he assured me he would be by to make the pick up. My sisters and I were blown away by the service. We were in a stressful situation and this company made everything simple. It definitely gave us a much needed break. The company is a local business and they serve Houston and the surrounding areas. Overall, I recommend this company if you're doing home renovations and need a junk removal service.

Xander was the person in charge and he gave me an estimate and said he needed to check on another job but would send another team to take care of the removal of the vanity in my daughter's bathroom, and put the equipment, he later return to check that the growth was removed, checked with his camera, took pictures and advised to remover the rest of the sheetrock since the growth was all the way to the ceiling. Xander said he would send a proper report with all the pictures, that was on July 28th, I did not receive the report. The equipment was removed on July 31st; my boyfriend was with the team and ask again about the report, they told him they would send it once they would get to the office - nothing was sent. I texted Xander on August 8th, he said the other team should have sent the report but that he would send once he was back to the office - this is the 3rd time I've been told I would receive a report - nothing. I texted him again and sent him my email, maybe he lost it, no reply. Today August 10th, I called the company, Jared answered and he said he would send a reminder to the mitigation coordinator; it is 5 pm and I haven't received anything and I did not receive a formal invoice for the services I paid for. There is still a small smell of growth in the bathroom, I hope it goes away, but for sure, they promise things they don't do and once paid, they couldn't care less.
