I took it back in and the customer service was outstanding. Client retention and value - all but lost art. The young woman and helping me (I wish I had gotten her name), was apologetic and promised to make it right. She and another team member immediately went to task, reworking the arrangement and adding flowers to make it fuller, asking for my feedback along the way. When they were finished, she made sure I was happy with it before boxing it up. She also threw in a little something extra for my trouble. Her words were what were most impressive.
