I found All American Home Improvement on Yelp and got in touch with Jeremy. He came over the next day , climbed on the roof and inspected the skylight. The pricing was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to reach out to them if I have any other roofing issues.

He confidently came to my house knowing that I had a stubborn rust stain on my roof from a rusty A/C pan and I was also struggling with power washing my pavers that are surrounded by nothing but dirt (flower beds). Over the years, I had 2 companies try to remove the rust stain from the roof to no avail. Erik patiently worked the stain until it was 100% gone, and my pavers came back to life and look like they did when I first got them. As he worked, Erik listened to my concerns about some other areas of my home that need cleaning and was willing to share DIY tips with me that will save me time & money. Amazing amazing roofers!…read more Jacob got in touch with me right away when I put out a Yelp SOS after the recent Nor'Easter ripped off a piece of my roof. He had one of his guys here the next day and they climbed on the roof, showed me photos of the damage, and a couple of other things our roofer in 2010 never took care of. Jacob was fair with his pricing and promised to have someone out the following day once the rain had stopped. The next morning his crew showed up right on time and got to work. Four hours later my roof was fixed and in better condition than it was previously. All in all very easy experience and Jacob's workers are pleasant. They also left no mess! Highly recommend Jacob and his team to take care of your roofing needs (they do gutters, too!).

The first heavy storm after our roof replacement happened sooner than I would have preferred, but…read moreit ended up being a good test. The new roof handled it without any water entering the building. Before replacement, the surface had blisters, cracked seams, and several areas that held water. We reviewed repair and replacement options, and the condition of the insulation made replacement the more sensible choice. The old layers were removed down to the wood deck. Most of the wood was sound, although several boards near the front parapet needed to be replaced. A self-adhered modified-bitumen system was installed over new insulation and a cover board. The chimney flashing, plumbing vents, and roof hatch were all completed individually. Additional taper was used near the rear drain to improve water flow. The Royal Renovators Inc. crew protected the front planting area and used the rear access for debris. We found a few scraps of membrane near the neighboring fence after completion, but they returned and picked them up the next morning. The final documents included photos, material information, and the written warranty. Months later, the roof is still draining well and the interior stains have not returned.

The roof on one my buildings had reached the point where the frequency of repairs were becoming…read more.. exponentially more frequent. So, it was time -- full roof replacement. Since the building is both commercial and residiential, one of the biggest concerns was minimizing disruption to tenants, and of course keeping everything on budget and organized. From the start, Royal Renovators seemed to understand these concerns and put together a plan that worked around the building's daily operations. The existing roof was removed, damaged areas were addressed/fized, and a new roofing system was installed along with snazzy updated flashing and drainage improvements. Communication throughout the project was - chefs kiss - and we always knew what stage things were in. As expected, there were additional conditions unconvered that needed to be addressed. But, these guys were transparent about it, laid out the options like they did before, and it didnt turn into pressure or surprises. What stood out was how transparent they were when additional conditions were uncovered. Every decision was discussed beforehand and documented with photos. In the end, the new roof was completed on time, and is performing exactly as expected.
