I stopped in to the store on Friday and was looking for a matte black lock and info on installation. I had already purchased a new knob when it occurred to me I'm not all that handy. The very nice gentleman that helped me (sorry I can't recall his name) was very helpful. He gave me the rundown on pricing and installation, including the knob I had already purchased. I was ready to buy! To my surprise, he told me Monday was the soonest they could get someone out to me. I was shocked, as Monday was a holiday and I was sure I'd wait about a week, before they could get to me. I booked the 10-12 window and was on my way. Jim, the installer/locksmith called (as I was told he would) and informed me that he had a cancellation and could come at 9:15am if I'd like. I did like and Jim was at my door right on time. Jim made quick work of the installation and then VACUUM and SWEPT my landing and front steps!! He was in and out in just under an hour, no fuss, no muss!! I highly recommend The Lock Shop, and if Jim is an indication of the caliber of installers/locksmiths that work there, you will always be satisfied.

We were given an estimate which was right in line with what most websites indicate that the job would cost. Jose said he would start work in approximately 2-3 weeks. About 2 and a half weeks later, Jose and his crew showed up bright and early and got to work. I thought it would take several days, but much to my surprise, they finished the job in one day!
