There doesn't seem to be anyone in charge. Instead they hire young girls that don't last. Apparently not a great place to work. Despite charging top dollar, they cant seem to get their act together. This is puzzling as they are owned by AGM which is a very large stone importer. Maybe the fabrication is the red headed stepchild, and they simply don't care. It's a shame that when you get so big you stop caring about your customers. There are plenty of other fabrication shops in the area. Look around and don't fall for their pitch. You'll be sorry.

Even 10 days before we flew across country they had chance to make good. We opened walls and removed plumbing at their direction, all well in advance. I did business with these guys only 6 months prior and was well aware of deposit. They had to return in that job, so I should have been more cautious. Who would give someone a $3,000 deposit when they will not return calls or answer email. Too busy to do business. Buyer beware. Other companies out there. We found one next day. Update 2018***** Just noticed two years later someone I did not work with on transaction posted a reply. Figures. They don't communicate or have staff to handle sales in a timely manner. They wanted $3,000 deposit and would not tell me when I could expect installation when they knew I lived on other side of US and had to fly in for each appointment. Low end service. In 2018 I'd still stay away!

They ordered the wrong sliding glass door and now they are trying to blame everyone else, but themselves who are clearly responsible. The transomes don't line up with the doors in 2 places. They say they'll fix it. Well it's been 2 1/2 months and they haven't. They ordered the wrong door for the garage. Again they say they'll deal with it, but it's been a month and a half. However, the worse problem we've had is that they gave us bids for the job and EVERY item has cost more. They say they will look into the price variations, but I will probably have to sue them. They think that because they don't have a lot of competition they can get away with bait and switch along with poor service

One of the door panels was damaged on arrival -- it was clearly from a different lot and no quality control had been performed by Grayco before delivery to our home. In fact, we did not discover the defect until the old doors were removed and we were forced to install the damaged door. Anderson replaced the door several months later due to Grayco's lack of follow through. We also had to order an additional screen door that we had forgotten to order. It took months for this simple screen door to arrive. It was installed while we were away for a couple of hours, and when we returned and attempted to open the screen door, it would not move. It is completely inoperable and no one at Grayco is able to assist. Their customer service is beyond bad -- it appears that they just don't care. Please consider that we paid for our merchandise in full without delay and, as you can imagine, this was not an insignificant amount of money. With all of the stress and hassle associated with a hurricane renovation, it is almost inconceivable that Grayco would provide such poor customer service and general disrespect.

But both are good sources. On the other hand, this Ace Hardware doesn't always have what I want, the pricing is at least 10-15% higher, the selection is not as good.... BUT- yeah, you knew there was a but... I have to say that the people(family?) that work here are incredible!! Helpful, go out of their way to make sure you find what you need (without being obnoxious), offer suggestions, laugh and smile. These are real people doing good work in a meaningful way. Not sure how you feel about that but to me, I'd rather reward people like that and not some corporate giant. Plus, Ace is 4 minutes away and easy to get to with parking at the door. Lowe's and Home Depot are 20+ minutes away- easy choice. Five stars!!

The unprofessionalism demonstrated by General Manager was astounding. Phone calls going unanswered, appointments not kept, paperwork not submitted, and inaccuracies in what was presented. The General Manager finally kept an appointment to measure the space I needed flooring for, only to be unable or unwilling to actually submit a proposal for the work. I followed up three times to request the subsequent proposal and was told on one occasion, when I stopped by the store, to expect a call from the General Manager within the next 30 minutes. I was told this by his coworker who called him in my presence to find out why I never received the proposal. Needless to say, that call from the General Manager was never received. Fortunately, the Bluffton and Hilton Head areas have many options for their flooring needs, and I for one strongly recommend choosing one other than Builtmart, LLC. I arrived at the realization that if Builtmart, LLC was as underwhelming, unreliable, and unprofessional BEFORE getting the sale, then the likelihood is that the quality of the work after securing the contract would probably leave a lot to be desired. My recommendation is to choose your flooring company wisely and choose anyone in Bluffton other than Builtmart.

This I think is deception. I refuse to spend any more money there.
