ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff…read more The store is minuscule compared to the big name hardware stores and their size is probably a why their service is crackin! My only negative are the prices. They seem a bit inflated but that's unfortunately the norm everywhere. ACE has always been a favorite. Their bigger stores have fresh popcorn and an elevated train that rides the entire length of the store!

Went to this Ace hardware to return it because it didn't work as advertised. Imagine that and the response I got - "we don't accept returns from other Ace hardwares" that tells me that I should have bought my item online. The only separation between a point of sale outlet and an online store is a warranty or guarantee which Ace hardware doesn't offer any or either. what a crappy business. I will never return to Ace again and I will slander the business every chance I get. What a crappy Outlook in a crappy little store with Chinese items. People are retarded!!!

Also, your hardware section is a disaster with all of the products mixed up in the drawers. I've switched to buying everything I can off Amazon and going to Ace Hardware because coming into your store is a pain in the ass.

All 4 of the baja blasts have been defective. They don't hold a charge very long, run out faster than the others and you can't turn off the turbo. Obviously, this must be a bad batch. This month when I went in, I bought 4 but not the baja blast and reported it to the girl working there. She could have cared less. Did not say she would check them and pull that batch or anything. If they don't care that they are selling crap to their customers, I will not be back to this store. These vapes are not cheap at $22.50 a piece or 2 for $40.00. They lost a good regular customer.

I walked in thinking I needed one simple thing and immediately began reconsidering the structural integrity of my entire home. Suddenly, my pantry, bathroom, laundry room, office, and possibly my personality all seemed like they could benefit from a better system. The selection is fantastic, the store is clean, and everything is arranged in a way that makes you feel both inspired and gently judged by your current lack of labels. This is the kind of place where you go in for hangers and leave mentally redesigning your life with baskets, acrylic dividers, and a dangerous amount of optimism. If organization makes your heart flutter, bring a list, bring restraint, and maybe do not bring anyone who lacks respect for a beautifully categorized storage solution.

For example, the storage containers are about down to a third of what they used to carry/offer. The Christmas selection has also gone down to a third of what they used to carry. Some items were not marked with prices. I was looking at the food gift storage. There was a clearance secton in the back. Most recent visit- 12/5/25. We went after Texas De Brazil. This was disappointing.
