We were told we were the only applicants. However, we were later informed that another applicant had "out-scored" us based on an internal scoring system that is never disclosed to applicants. I find it difficult to believe that a competing applicant was able to tour, apply, and be fully approved within a window of roughly 3.5 hours (between 6:00 PM and 9:30 AM). The fees collected are non-refundable regardless of outcome. **Management & Accountability** When we visited the office in person, Brock assured us we would receive an update by end of day. When we followed up the next morning, he stated it was "not his department" and transferred us to voicemail -- this from someone who is listed as an owner of the business. The lack of accountability and dismissive attitude toward paying clients is unacceptable. **Landlord Relations** Perhaps most concerning was a conversation we had directly with the property owners, who shared that they had been waiting months to fill their rental and were on the verge of listing the home for sale -- completely unaware that any interested applicants existed. Monday morning, as promised, Jacob arrived to listen to my issue and perform a complete inspection of my system. He made recommendations of repairs with several price points. He corrected my specific issue and replaced all the rollers on the door to help eliminate any future issues. Completely lubricated the entire setup, adjust tensioners, etc. Not only is my garage door now operating better, but it is also much quieter. All for a reasonable cost and warranty.

A stop by the office to meet with the lady at the desk and schedule the first appointment. The owner came out and did measurements. I went out and saw him and discuss what I was looking to get for a custom gate that would also prevent my three little dogs from going through it. After he was done with his measurements he left without ever saying anything to me. About a month later I called to find out what the status was and was told that he was getting the design together and will be sending it to me soon. Shortly after that I received an email with the design and my wife and I returned back to the office to discuss changes to that design to make sure that our little dogs cannot go through the gate. A month later they scheduled a "final measurement appointment" but did not show up on that appointment day. We were notified that he was busy and would be rescheduled for the following week. Unfortunately no one showed up on that day either. He must have stopped by because a few more months later I was told they were ready for a down payment and to finalize the plan. We again stoped by the office and discussed things with the ladies and put our down payment in. A few more months later and I called to find out how things were progressing. Finishing soon then will call me to schedule the install. I called another month later and made the appointment for the Instal. I called the morning of the install to make sure we were still a go and was told "sorry they were behind and would have to reschedule the next week. Today called again to confirm and YES. They will be out after noon. Checked in at 3 and still going. At 5 I received a call to ask if I still wanted to get it installed today or first thing in the morning. This was my only day off so they did install it @5pm. They were very good and did a great job. The gait looks great and will be looking good for decades to come.
