I ship from this location and receive packages almost every day, and unfortunately, he has never been particularly friendly. Today, I brought in about 10 packages over four or five trips and placed them off to the side before getting in line. I briefly stepped over to hand my phone to my wife at the Amazon return area, then waited beside my large pile of packages. While I was waiting, another customer who wanted help packing a jersey cut in front of me. The employee looked right at me and helped that customer instead. When I spoke up and explained that the customer had cut in front of me and that I had been waiting for a while, the employee laughed and told me I "should have been in line." I understand that the store can get busy, but I waited my turn like everyone else and did not deserve to be laughed at or talked down to. Since no one seemed to care about the situation, I decided to cancel my box.

Again, here, they do not provide me with Fedex boxes, but a true Fedex office does. And they charge more for a shipment than a true Fedex office does. Screwing the customer. Its really sad that someone wants to give such a negative review based on the fact they got their feelings hurt because a small business owner actually has a political opinion! Apparently you have an opposing view, but I don't imagine the quality of work you received was any different than the quality other customers receive. Interesting that because you don't like their position you are choosing to do business somewhere else. I am curious how crushed and offended you would be if Jeffcoat could choose not to service you because they were offended by your political position?
