    Bluey and Bingo
    Kate C.

Brought the kiddos in for Bluey and Bingo today! Everyone was super friendly. Just a heads up that these are full price (not 2 for $45). However, very very worth it! They had fun helping stuffing them and they each picked a fun accessory. This place is adorable as usual (a bit pricey) but fun and unique.

Finally! I took my granddaughter to Build a Bear! I was more excited than she was. Lol. I've been planning this day for months. The time was right to introduce this 2 year old to BAB at The Shops at Wiregrass. The store is in a great location. You can park in the parking lot. And if you are lucky, you can get a spot right out front. You gotta love those outdoor shopping centers. As we entered we were greeted by a sales associate who told us all about the specials. She also was very sweet to my granddaughter. We picked the bear and the process started. I really like how they make sure to engage the child. Even though my granddaughter was not very much with the whole process, the associate never broke character. That was great. We proceeded to pick out clothes and another associate came to help us dress her. She then took us to the computer to create a birth certificate. And that is where Rainbow Bear was born. Great time. Great store. I look forward to returning.

I've been here before for shopping, but recently took my little girl to a birthday party here. She loved it! The package included a bear and an outfit. The BaB host had the girls play games and prim and prep their bears. Cute and kept them entertained. It would be nice if there were a specific section for parties. They were just kind of "in" the store, in a corner, but still in the way for shoppers. Us Moms just stood awkwardly with nowhere to go.

The bear I made for my cousin with our grandmothers recording in it

The staff is so friendly and will go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. I came in to make my cousin a bear with our grandmothers voice in it. The staff lady went out oh her way to turn off the music playing in the store so the recording would come out perfect. This build A Bear location truly cares about their customers, I love it!!

The line inside was ridiculous that I walked in and then out .No one monitoring how many people are in the store .I finished with the others store and decide to go check back .There was a person finally at the door .I waited almost half hour to get in which honestly didn't bother me .My son is two so obviously he saw Chase from Paw Patrol and that's what he wanted. The sign directly under Chase says $20 and there's another sign under the female character said $29. They also had a discount price for both of you brought two. The staff that filled the toys was wonderful. The person at the register was great .Upon leaving I notice I was charged $35 for a sound and Chase.I went and explained that the sign clearly states $20 right under chase .The sales floor person said the sign was for a item in the next bin. They then offered to bring me to management.I explained my issue and this tasteless young lady leaning against the shelf's like if we were in a bar having a conversation says " yeah no that's for another item " I then explained that it's false advertising. To my absolute shock she said " yes I agree but that's what corporate wants us to don" . So I then asked if I could get the 2for $45 and she told me I'd have to buy an additional 2 bears and she couldn't just charge me the difference..Was she serious ? This was a member of management? I looked around and saw people staring so I decided not to argue any more but did say I was contacting the customer care . The store itself is small but excluding the lifeless , dull manger the staff is absolutely great and friendly for kids of all ages ...

Fun spot for little ones to "create" their own stuffed animal. We've come to build a bear as a treat, and today we had the opportunity to attend as part of a friend's birthday party. They have a variety of animals to choose from, ranging in price from $10 up to around $25. Animals from bears to dogs, to cats and monkeys, and even your favorite characters such as Smurfs, Spongebob, and My Little Pony are available. The kids (and on some occasions, adults) next choose if they'd like to put a sound inside for around $4. Then, they choose a heart. The employees do a great job with the little spiel and sayings they do for the heart like "Put it on your back so he always has your back" and "Jump up and down to get the heart started" and "Put it on your head so he will be as smart as you" etc. Then, they get to help stuff the animal. The employee attaches the animal to the stuffing machine as they kid pushes the pedal with their foot. Then, they sew up the back of the animal and you're off to the "Fluff" station. They use a pedal to force air down onto the animal and use a brush to "wash" their new friend. This is where the freebies end. The next stop is the dressing station, which has brand name clothes, character clothes, accessories such as couches and shoes and purses, and anything else you can image, including tents and strollers. For the birthday party, we didn't dress the characters, we took them as is. The prices are a bit expensive to the tiny bits of clothing (think around $8 for a t-shirt). The kids are usually happy with just the stuffed animal! After dressing them, you can go make a birth certificate, where you name them and put your name in as the owner. Then, they total up all your add ons and you pay and go home with your new friend in a cute little box home. The birthday party was pretty cute, but they don't have a party room or anything, so it's more like corralling the little ones around to each station. They try to play games with them, like Simon Says and Hot Potato while they stuff the bears and get their birth certificates, but the whole process took about an hour for 7 kids 3-5 years old from start to finish. The party mom gets to make the choice on a limit for each bear, which will determine if they can get accessories. Great little souvenir of a fun trip if your child is a lover of stuffed animal friends, and/or if they enjoy dressing them up.

This review is long overdue. I've been a member since the first day they've opened and I would say…read morethis is the best thing that Wesley Chapel has. Not only do they have toddler indoor play place but they also have a small café and a seating area that's suitable for people that want to study or work while their little ones play. So here's my honest review: Location is in the perfect spot. It's right down Bruce B downs and located by a target. It's easily accessible and the parking is easy to find. Another pro to the location is that a few doors down is a Smoothie King. What's better than going to a play place to have coffee, let your little one play in a modern and clean playground and getting a smoothie afterwards? Environment: very clean, spacious and modern. I love the art decor and all the modern toys that the little ones can play with that's a big jungle gym. That's good for one and a half-year-old and up. My little one absolutely loves it. The creativity of the place is so fun. There's a small little hospital and a supermarket and Ava's ice cream place. This really gives the children a creative mind to have fun. Coffee: very particular with my coffee and I gotta say for a place. Their coffee is absolutely amazing. They have different seasonal drinks like the WonderFALL latte. You can choose options like a coffee shop from adding pecans to syrups and cream foam. They make them so good! I rate this a 10/10. Staff: super friendly, very welcoming and always on top of cleaning the toys and restrooms. Events: this is what attracted me the most. When being a member you're a little one can play any time, have a café to grab some coffee, a seating area with a workspace and on top of it all they do events for members like a Galentine's Day for the Mamas, Noon years eve balloon drop and much more. Room rental: You have the option of renting a room for an event as well. Another plus! All the details are on their website. This is honestly what Wesley Chapel needed: a place to meet other families have good coffee have fun playing with your little one and an overall good time. My rating: 10/10 There is no other competition.

This cafe/play concept has SO much potential. The employees at the cafe counter were very sweet and helpful. I ordered a matcha and it was great. The play area is where the concerns come in. The play space is for all ages (if I remember correctly no children over the age of 6 are allowed in the play space in general) this means the tiny 8-11 month olds are in the same space as the 4-5 year olds. There is a space for young kids, it's a ball pit area - but it isn't an enclosed space...so the older kids can help themselves to that area as well. Having a combined space wouldn't be so bad, but some of the parents are there to work, or conduct virtual meetings - and their kids are playing without really being supervised. This puts some parents in predicaments, like myself, as I sit with my 10 month old and 2 kids around 5 or 6 years old come barreling through the play space running at top speed with the mini metal shopping carts. They're kids, they're just playing and they don't mean any harm - but God forbid a parent looks away for even a second and one of those baskets rams into a 10 or 12 month old - they could be badly hurt. I think a staff member should be supervising the play space for those specific instances. It would bring some structure to the play area instead of feeling like it's out of control. Aside from the lack of supervision, the play space is really neat and there's a little bit of something for all the kiddos. It really is a cool concept, with a few tweaks it would be the ideal space for kids and parents.

There is a vast area of netting that connects kids to many areas of Sesame Street Safari of Fun including Elmo's Treehouse Trek, the Count's Zambezi Rally, and more! Infants are not permitted and adults must be accompanied by a child. Yes it sounds backwards but it is their policy so that the area is mostly occupied by kids. This attraction's Sesame Street mascot is the Cookie Monster, who is a blue furry monster with googly eyes and an insatiable appetite. Cookie Monster's primary craving is cookies, but he can and often does consume anything and everything, from apples and pie to letters, flatware, and hubcaps. When Cookie Monster eats something, he makes a very distinct, loud munching "noise", often interpreted as "OMM-nom-nom-nom..." & says "Me want cookie!" Instead of "I want a cookie". After winning a game show contest, Cookie Monster comically choose 1 cookie over an array of luxurious much more valuable and better prizes.
