I am a mom of 4 boys so I have been to soooo many places like this over the last 15 years. My…read moreson's best friend moved to Tri-Cities and we try to visit as much as possible. On our last trip I was looking for something fun for a couple of 11 year old boys to do on a cold day and found this place online. It was super clean, well organized and lots of fun. I think 11 years old was probably the top end of the age range unless you were doing laser tag or virtual golf but we had fun. Like I said I have been to a ton of these places over 15 years and was very impressed with the cleanliness and efficiency of this one!

I was told to stop and can not hold my daughters (Who is special needs) hand to assist her to jump. Literally jumping an inch or two off the ground. I get their are rules, and you are not going to catch everyone but, others were doing the same and even pointed out by one of the owners while we were talking yet said absolutely nothing to them?? We have never felt she was not welcomed at a place until we tried to celebrate her bday at Quake. Such a sickening feeling as parents. We never had this issue at Max Air. I'm just glad she doesn't have the understanding to know what happened, to feel unwanted so she could still attempt to enjoy her bday.. Again needed to add this edit due to the lies of this company. First we were never told that we could move to bigger trampoline and continue to jump assisting my daughter like in the video. In fact I had to demonstrate to you in the adjacent bigger trampoline how I was jumping like in the video and was told that wouldn't work. Second in your video of rules we watched I did nothing close to depicted as double jumping or jumping too close to a smaller person as clearly seen in the video below. I was very gently assisting my physically handicapped daughter to jump. Absolutely nothing dangerous in that. Shameful and shady of a company to respond with lies instead of facts. Then to suggest that I'm putting my daughter at such dangerous risk to her safety is a joke. Much like how this company has responded to this whole thing.

This is a pretty nice place for some indoor fun, specially with the heat…read more At the entrance, you have an area to fill a standard waiver. You do have to be older than 18 to initially fill out, then once you've completed your part, you can add the minors/children. The price is reasonable with $17 per hour for adults and $12 per hour for kids. Highly recommend bringing your own grippy socks (they are required on the trampolines) if you don't, you can buy a pair there. There is a nice kids zone only area. There's standard trampolines and a foam pit. Kids tend to build walls with the foam cubes and the crash into them. Really great activity to get those wiggles out. This area is strictly for 5YO and younger. For the people older than 5, They have a designated dodge ball area, a decent size regular area with trampolines, an airbag/foam pit, a young adults ninja obstacle course like area, and finally a basketball hoop trampoline section. I liked that it was on the honor system for time. They have giant clocks everywhere to let you self monitor for your hour(s) paid. In the back, they have a private rooms for birthday parties. That's is also we're the bathrooms are located. There is plenty of seating everywhere for the adults who bring there kids to jump and you can just sit and observe. They have a couple vending machines for drinks and small snack foods. They have an mini arcade with a racing game and a bunch of claw prize machines. The reason I am giving it a 4 star is because I didn't notice any information about a membership plan until after (advertisement was seen on the wall and television playing near the trampolines. Was not upsold at the beginning. The part that gives it a 4 stars is that after, I tried to inquire about it and asked that if my initial payment could go towards the membership as I would have easily bought that instead of a general 1 hour fee. The staff there said they would not do that, so therefore a drop in rating
