On our last trip I was looking for something fun for a couple of 11 year old boys to do on a cold day and found this place online. It was super clean, well organized and lots of fun. I think 11 years old was probably the top end of the age range unless you were doing laser tag or virtual golf but we had fun. I get their are rules, and you are not going to catch everyone but, others were doing the same and even pointed out by one of the owners while we were talking yet said absolutely nothing to them?? We have never felt she was not welcomed at a place until we tried to celebrate her bday at Quake. Such a sickening feeling as parents. We never had this issue at Max Air. I'm just glad she doesn't have the understanding to know what happened, to feel unwanted so she could still attempt to enjoy her bday.. Again needed to add this edit due to the lies of this company. First we were never told that we could move to bigger trampoline and continue to jump assisting my daughter like in the video. In fact I had to demonstrate to you in the adjacent bigger trampoline how I was jumping like in the video and was told that wouldn't work. Second in your video of rules we watched I did nothing close to depicted as double jumping or jumping too close to a smaller person as clearly seen in the video below. I was very gently assisting my physically handicapped daughter to jump. Absolutely nothing dangerous in that. Shameful and shady of a company to respond with lies instead of facts. Then to suggest that I'm putting my daughter at such dangerous risk to her safety is a joke. Much like how this company has responded to this whole thing.

Hi, Guys. Before you buy a Membership check website for sure and ask definitely about socks and…read morefree admission.  I bought a membership for my child this summer. My child loved playing at iPlay and having fun. The website showed the membership benefits and wanted me to buy it. I also checked the membership benefits and bought it at iPlay store. As you guys can see in the attached picture, you can enter for free once a year and get free socks. However, when my husband and child went there today, the manager said that the free entrance and socks were only free on the day the membership was created. But, the employee there never told me that I could use the free entrance right away on the day I bought the membership, and there were no conditions for using the free entrance on the website. In other words, if you buy the membership, you can use the free entrance ticket on any day you want and get free socks. In the end, the manager received the free entrance, but is the iPlay website information wrong  or does the manager have the wrong information? I will never buy again after this membership ends.
