The Waterloo office sent me copies of the 4 bills I owed. Now to get a bill, the tech has the Waterloo office send me an invoice. In May, I sent a check made out to McCloud and mailed to Waterloo office. They sent it on to McCloud. 1 month later check had not cleared. When I called McCloud they told me to call Waterloo and Waterloo told me to call Chicago. I finally spoke to Waterloo manager who couldn't be bothered to pick up a phone on this or billing. All he would do is email. I am not the only client having issues with billing. To bad billing is bad because the technician Al is great. I finally canceled my service with them.

We were told that in a week or two we would get a phone call to set up a time for the first appointment. That never happened they just showed up a week later. I called same day to ask why were were not contacted and when they would show up next. I was given a date and time, they never showed so I called back and was told they rescheduled and called us. I informed them that they did not call us and did not inform us. They set up an appointment for the next day. They sent someone from a different area to do the treatmen they guy did not do what was in the contract and was there 15 mins. I called and complained and was told a manager would call. They never called. I called back trying to get ahold of a manager I stated my complaints and manager didn't seem to care a hole lot. I told them to cancel and that I would not use them again. I was told that I had to pay for the treatment that was scheduled the next day even though it took 2 and a half weeks to talk to a manage. A guy showed up to the house stated that it says in his note that there is no more need for treatment and that they would not spray today and that there would be no charge. We received a bill, and a message that they would be showing up in a couple of days for a treatmen. I call them again was told that they would cancel the treatment since they see it pending cancellation, and that a manager would call me about payment. They never called and I am still waiting
