A local HVAC company in Ashland replaced my A/C unit this past summer and failed to seal everything back up. I would definitely recommend them for any exterminating needs! They are on the high end of pricing at $500/hr. but they're very efficient. The technical was here less than 25 minutes total and the total charge was $250. One tip that will save you a huge headache - have your technician show you where they set the traps. There isn't any follow-up included and you have to remove them after a couple months. The traps they use are safe around pets and work outside too.

Now we have Gordy come by every fall before the beetles swarm and he creates a barrier by spraying around the outside of the house.
