Make sure you have someone with you if he is the one coming to your house. Moved into a place in Merrill. Landlord is Fick. He didn't disclose there was an active cockroach infestation and now we cant even keep nor make food in this house, he lies to government officials, living like this is super expensive & on top of it I'll have to pay court fees just to deal with this bc his ego is absurd & he has zero intention of actually fixing anything.
