I've taken several of my cars to Bugs (formerly Miracle Auto Body & Paint) for repair and custom work and their work is top notch. The service is outstanding and Nathaniel and Jennifer are great to work with. I had $500 credit in work i previously had done there that I forgot about from a year and a half ago, and they told me as soon as I walked in. They've earned a customer for life in me and I'd recommend them to any of my family and friends. They are some of the most genuine, honest, and hard working people I've ever done business with. Good people are hard to come by in Stockton and you can't go wrong with Bugs. 5 stars for sure! read more

Nathaniel is such a great guy. Very nice, professional and so helpful. Told me exactly what my repairs would cost and how long it would take. My cat was done a day early and they had not only fixed my dents but had done a beautiful detail job too. I highly recommend Bigs Collission! read more

We had a great experience at Bugs. All the staff that I interacted with were respectful and friendly. The work was done well and quickly. They were good communicators regarding the insurance process and accurately estimated the amount of time the work would take. The staff dealt with insurance when a post market part was not going to adequately do the job. They have a high standard for quality and a clean front office. I would definitely recommend Bugs. read more

Wouldn't take my cars anywhere else! Great service, high quality!

I believe one of the best, if not the best Autobody and collision repair shops in Stockton, CA. Real good customer service and very good quality work. This is where I take my baby, and I am a picky person, and this company seems to always come threw for me. I recommend this place over any place in Stockton! read more

Incredible customer service! Went in concerned about being taken advantage of and ended up feeling like I had first class, above and beyond treatment! If I ever need body work again I will go straight to Bugs! They have pride in their work and I love how nice my car looks now! Friendly, efficient and high quality work - this place is IT! read more

I needed a repaint on the hood of my 2003 Mach 1 and, after a bit of research, decided to include Bugs Collision & Restoration on my list of places to go for an estimate. Within minutes of my arrival late in the afternoon, Kevin was out in the parking lot with me, examining the car and narrating everything he saw and considered. What struck me immediately was that Kevin was a true professional and knew exactly what he was doing. There was no question as to what was involved in the job and his estimate of cost and time was quick and fair. We agreed on a handshake and he had me immediately pull into the open bay so the hood could be removed by two careful, competent shop employees. Kevin estimated three days to complete the work - complete stepping of the hood, prep, paint, clear coat, cut, rub, and wax - and he was right on the money. When I arrived back at the shop, Kevin met me in the parking lot and told me to pull the car inside. Again, the two guys who put a final coat of wax on the hood and reinstalled it exercised the utmost care and concern - as if it was their own car. The quality of workmanship is fantastic; the black paint on the hood is a perfect match to the rest of the car. Everyone at the shop exuded great confidence, care, and concern and the outcome of their work was never in doubt. Most of all, they had my humor. All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely return for any and all future body and/or paint work. Pros: Clean, orderly, efficient shop with excellent employees who do outstanding work. Cons: Absolutely none. Overall: Take the time to get an estimate for body and/or paint work at Bugs Collision. In short order, you will be satisfied that this is the place to have your work done. read more

The klutz that I am knocked off the passenger side mirror on my car and I just didn't know where I should get it fixed. After a few calls around town (including the dealer) I decided on Bugs Collision and Repair due to Jenifer's great customer service and efficiency over the phone. After she ordered the new mirror Nathaniel got it replaced and taken care of for me in record time. The main reason I am so pleased with this company is their politeness and the fact that they did not pressure me or suggest any other obviously needed body work. They knew what I wanted done and handled it. For that I will return for further body work needed. I can also say that the price was fair and much cheaper than the dealer. Thanks again guys! read more

I had my Mercedes repainted at Bugs, and am very pleased. I found the staff to be very friendly and anxious to ensure my satisfaction. When my son saw the results, he has his truck repaired and painted at Bugs, also very pleased. Now my whole family calls Bugs, their body shop. All you need to do is look at the cars and trucks in front of the shop to see they do quality work. They frequently have very nice restoration projects going on. You do not trust your project car to anyone, these things are hard to find and very expensive to replace. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to any of my closest friends, and I do not make these recommendations without great confidence. read more

Bugs did a great job repairing my car. I had a minor run in with my garage and my brand new car so brought it in to Bugs for a quote. As soon as I walked in they were super nice. Treated me like a real person and took the time to explain to me what needed to be done. When I got the car back it looked great and back to looking new. There was a slight issue that needed to be corrected, but again Nathanial took great care and took care of everything. Would definitely come back if I was ever in need of work again! read more

If you're looking for the best auto body repair shop in town, I would highly recommend this shop. Hands down one of the best customer service that one can ask for. With the shop being so busy, it was nice to see the owner, Nathaniel, dropping everything that he was doing to focus on my car. More importantly, I was quite impressed with their quality of work, especially their painting. They did a perfect job matching a pearl color that had been exposed to the harsh sun for 11 years. read more

I went here to get my car touched up from freeway rock damage. I usually do a lot of outdoor photography so my car get roughed up. My boy Anthony really help me out and show me the different options and explained the process to me so i knew what i was getting for my money which i did 100 percent. read more

When i first got it, it came out looking pretty good. At first, the paint looked good and body work was decent. Upon further inspection of my car, I found a couple of things broken that were not actually broken when I took my car in there. I detailed my car a week after I got it, I found that my headlight tabs were broken, the trunk was not done the way I brought it in there. Everything was still taken apart. My front bumper started to have gaps from the fender. Just didn't like how it turned out after I closely inspected it. read more

This used to be a Miracle Auto Painting franchise. The name has changed but the quality has not improved. They do as little work as possible and will paint right over flaws. I had my hood repainted here and complained about some sagging and bumps in the finish and all I got was excuses such as " If we fix the hood it will make the rest of your old car look bad'. Shop around. Your hard earned money is better spent somewhere else. read more

These photos don't do this shop justice. There is some real TALENT working here and there aren't enough words to describe their work. If pictures are worth a thousand words, then they would be worth that ... and more! Outstandingly reasonable pricing system (you really get what you pay for...and then that extra that goes with working with them), a workable time frame, and they will be your best logistic advisers. Originally, they were recommended to me by a coworker that had his show-winning El Camino done by them back in the 90's when it was still Miracle Auto. So I had my BMWs & Mercedes-Benzes done with them and they turned out better than when I bought them new. I work at a place that doesn't take too kindly to nice cars and after 10+ years of Central Valley commuting and weather, it was time to do some bodywork. They bumped out all the dings and dents, removed everything to take the paint all the way down, and built up everything on a base coat / clear coat system. As a former body man, I would highly recommend them. Go ahead and get your quotes and do your research. When you are ready to make a decision, I am sure you will choose Bugs. Also, Nathaniel is a pleasure to work with! read more

The crew at Bugs provided phenomenal service when we got into a minor accident. The side panel was dented and the tail light needed to be replaced. Nathaniel treated us like family, provided an instant quote, and got the job done in less time than expected. Upon picking up the car we learned that the tail light actually cost more than the initial quote... Nathaniel went above and beyond to honor our initial quote and the car looked brand new! Thank you all for an amazing experience! read more

What else can you want? Honest. Fast. Best prices. Amazing customer service. Found them on Yelp and glad I did. I called ahead for a quote, got an honest and fare price, brought the car in and was in n out in 30 mins. Made the whole process so easy and comfortable! read more

My daughter's car was technically totaled according to our insurance company, but they agreed to pay for the repair if we could find a certified auto body shop that would perform the needed repairs for $500 under the salvaged title payout. HUH!!! Boy, I was upset and thought...NO WAY! Then I was referred to Bugs Collision. "There is a God" and there was a way...Smiles! I was so grateful that they accepted the challenge and not only did they do an awesome job, but they completed the job a day ahead of schedule and the customer service was PHENOMENAL!!!! Nathaniel received my call and listened intently through my tears of frustration and worry. He was very reassuring and agreed to take a look. He called me back in a timely manner and assured me that they could handle the job and would work with our insurance company. My daughter's car is beautiful again and I have a great big smile on my face...no more tears! I'm relieved and ever so grateful and I just wanted to tell the world: If you want awesome professional service, fair pricing and excellence in customer service, go to Bugs Collision -- THEY ROCK!!! Newest loyal customer, Joy! read more

I went to Stockton looking to buy a salvage title car which had structure damages before. It's fixed but I still want to get it checked out. I went on Yelp to find a body shop who could help me and base on the reviews, I found Bugs Collision. I called the day before and Nathaniel at Bugs Collision said to just bring the car in and he will take a look for me. When I bought the car in, Nathaniel was very friendly and started to check out the car for me. He was very detailed and comprehensive in examining the car. He told me while the damages were repaired, they weren't done correctly. He was very patient with my questions as well and provided thoughtful answers. He was very knowledgeable. He provided me all the potential risks I need to know if I were to buy the car. Overall, he was very helpful which allowed me to make the right decision. And Nathaniel wouldn't charge me for the service! I wouldn't hesitate to take my car to Nathaniel at Bugs Collision. read more
