Then we started getting mice and rats in our attic and garage so I paid them a ridiculous amount to seal up house and set bait and traps to catch them. They were supposed to be checking the traps in the attic everyday. Only problem was we were going to be out of town that week. So I gave them the passcode to my garage so they could check the traps everyday which they said they were. When I get home, the mice and rats are still running around. Called them back and asked if they had checked the traps and reset them everyday like what was on the contract, which they said they did. I check my security cameras and they showed up the first day we were gone and then never came back. I tried to get a refund which they refused, so I had to put a stop payment on my credit card.

After speaking with multiple representatives, I was originally promised that I would not be charged for August and September to make up for the two months of missed service. Now that August has arrived, I was told by a new representative that this was not the case. When I explained the situation to another representative, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude and received no real help resolving the issue. All I am asking for is the service I have already paid for. I should not have to repeatedly contact your company or explain the same situation to multiple people to receive a fair resolution. I am very upset and disappointed with Fox Pest Control and the way this has been handled. I am requesting that my account be reviewed and that the original agreement regarding August and September be honored.

I work from home and cannot come to the door for everyone selling everything after I was off the phone I decided to find these individuals on down the street, it was not hard as they were on motorized Segways I found the individual and ask who he represents. he said he was representing himself. I saw that he was with an electric device, and a lanyard that said FOX on it, after that he admitted to working for FOX PEST CONTROL. this individual was completely off the rails, and wanted to escalate the situation. I then walked away to a barrage of angry words. He suggested that I need to move To a gated community to avoid further contact, mentioned that someone could come back to my house later...yes he said that to me. I then suggested that I am not Hiding behind my door now, and if there was something to be done, he should do it now....this young man then told me he was going to call 911.....and that I was threatening. I get it, I am a veteran with combat experience and evidently intimidating. again I retreated, to a barrage of insults. I did not turn around or respond further to this Human Pest. I then called the Corpus Christi location and gave them my address and contact information. explained to them what Happened, and how I was going to hold them accountable for any damages done to my property from subsequent visits from their team. I further explained to them that I am a vet with PTSD, and the signs on my house are not to ensure my safety, but to protect those that might make a bad decision and think that I am an easy target. let's hope they never return. I am smart enough to wear a body camera when engaging folks these days, as there is always two stories that get told, but the one with Video always wins. the Folks I talked to on the phone at FOX were respectful, and would give them a better review had I not been poked by these kids.

I was really looking forward to helping local business but this place isn't it…read more I had the exterminator come out for the initial spray and he was very nice. I few weeks later we kept seeking bugs so we called back and tried to get a respray. I called a spoke with a lady and she told me she'd call back when she could fit me on the schedule. I called back in two days because I hadn't heard from her. Mistakes happen, no problem. The next time I spoke with her, she gave me three options. Two options didn't work, so I picked the third. I get a call saying that the exterminator is at my door...but it's the wrong day. I called the lady and explain that to her and she told me she'd call me back when she could fit me on the schedule. Two days went by so I called back and a man answered and proceeded to tell me that they couldn't keep sending a guy on a respray and me not be there or else I'll have to pay extra (like it was my fault or like it has happened multiple times). He was really rude. I'm really, really disappointed this didn't work out. Taking my business elsewhere...
