History
Established in 2023.
Established in 2001.
The story of Vendetta Pest Solutions began when Jose Mendez helped a restaurant owner solve a recurring cockroach problem that routine treatments had not fixed. By looking beyond the visible activity, Jose found hidden moisture and a protected nesting area behind the dishwashing equipment. Once the source was identified and corrected, the infestation could finally be brought under control.
That experience shaped Jose’s approach to pest control: inspect carefully, find the source, and address the conditions allowing pests to return. Over the years, he gained hands-on experience with restaurants, apartments, hotels, industrial facilities, businesses, and homes throughout South Texas.
Today, Vendetta Pest Solutions continues that same focus on thorough inspection, persistent problem solving, honest communication, prevention, and personal accountability.
Meet the Business Owner: Jose M.
Jose Mendez is the owner and operator of Vendetta Pest Solutions and has worked in pest control since 2001.
Early in his career, Jose learned that recurring pest problems are rarely solved by treating only what is visible. His approach is to look deeper—following signs of activity, identifying nesting areas and entry points, and finding the conditions that allow pests to return.
Over the years, Jose has worked with homeowners, restaurants, apartment communities, hotels, businesses, and industrial facilities throughout South Texas. Those experiences shaped the values behind Vendetta Pest Solutions: hard work, honesty, attention to detail, persistence, prevention, and accountability.
As an owner-operator, Jose remains personally involved in the work, taking time to understand each property, explain what he finds, and pursue the source of the problem.
