They also included a complimentary visit to their range, which was a really nice bonus. Overall, excellent service from start to finish. The exam was not difficult at all--Craig does a great job calling out key points during the training that you'll see on the test. I passed the course and highly recommend this training to anyone looking for a thorough, well-run, and supportive CCW class.

Even for those with firearms experience - Top Shot Vegas is well worth it! Why? Simply put - it is…read morenot about shooting static targets, it is not about shooting moving targets; it is all about shooting moving targets with a brain and shoots back. For me, the experience to "test" my skills against another individual is worth the $$$ (I call it "educational tuition"). And yes, the staff were attentive and very helpful (gave them a generous tip, as well). Thank you for the opportunity - had a great time! Now, were the staff holding back in the shoot house??? I scored 9-points with two 15-rd mags (but with a few Type 3s, lost a few rounds in the clearing) against the staff's 2-points using a single 15-rd mag.

This is such a great place to visit if you are with a group of friends. You can be experienced or…read moreinexperienced, either way, it is still fun. My friends and I visited this place, and we purchased the Gun Battle Package. In the beginning, you experience two simulations to get you used to what you are shooting. Then when you enter the maze that you will be maneuvering around in, they place a belt over you that emits an electric shock on your lower abdomen. You can choose the level of shock that you want to feel, the higher the level, the more you will feel it (shock level ranges 1-5). Each time that you are shot, you will feel the shock; therefore, there is no space in between. Whereas laser-tag takes time to reset itself before you can shoot or feel again. The game continues and you continuously feel a shock each time you are hit & you will still be able to shoot with no relapse. You fire real guns, and the bullets are blanks, but still have the powder in them (this is why you still wear the goggles) from my understanding. It's also a fun way to put your skills to the test if you are a regular shooter because you are not shooting at targets or metal plates. You are required to move around, use the skills that you learned, and shoot at a target that shoots back. You feel your adrenaline rushing through your body. You are even allowed to purchase a recording of your experience, which is worth it to look back at for memories. Such an amazing time, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys firearms, laser tag and/or just wants to have the experience! Trust me, you won't forget it.

You go in expecting a real shooting-range experience, but that is not what it feels like. An employee is assigned to you and does nearly everything: loads the rounds into the magazines, inserts and reloads the magazines, handles the weapon, and rushes you through the process. The only thing left for you to do is pull the trigger. You can clearly feel the pressure to fire your rounds quickly so they can move on to the next tourists. Our group of five paid about $500 total for two weapons per person, with only around 5-10 rounds per weapon. The entire experience was over in under 10 minutes. My advice: find a real indoor shooting range instead. You'll get far more time, freedom, and value for your money. Don't waste your time or money here.
