i've been to autozone twice in the last couple weeks. and on both occasions, i'd gone looking for a…read morereplacement turn signal bulb for the truck that moms occasionally lets me use. on the first visit, after viewing a yt tutorial for changing the headlight of the car rather than its turn signal, i'd mistakenly bought a replacement headlight bulb. so, after changing the bulb and seeing the turn signal light still flashing rapidly, i returned to the store with the replacement headlight bulb. and there, a worker diagnosed the mistake of buying the incorrect replacement bulb by looking up the truck make and model on the store computer, and then suggested for me to check the warning light to see if the electric wiring might be causing the issue. and after seeing the hazard lights flash at a regular tempo, i returned into the store, told the worker the hazard lights were still working well, and purchased the replacement turn signal light the worker recommended, based on what he saw on the computer for the year, make, and model i'd told him for the truck. however, of course i'd mistakenly said an incorrect model name, and thus bought the wrong bulbs. therefore, if anyone is looking for toyota tacoma turn signal lights, you can buy one off me for a discounted price of two dollars each. nonetheless, moms already had the correct turn signal replacement lights at her house, so i was not forced to return for a third visit. and after finding the right yt video for changing the turn signal bulb, rather than the headlight bulb, on the correct make and model within the appropriate time frame for the part, the replacement process was rather simple, requiring only a medium size philips screwdriver in addition to the replacement bulb. lastly, in conclusion, i want to reiterate the lessons from recent experiences at the auto parts store of needing to check you have the right name for the part which you are looking, with a turn signal light and headlight specifically being distinct parts, and also that you have the correct year, make, and model of the vehicle. however, while two consecutive errors in the process of finding the correct part for the turn signal replacement is suggestive of failed shopping experiences, i'd like to emphasize that the store carried a large variety of related parts, and the worker on each occasion, especially the second, was knowledgeable and personable in helping me find the part for which i was looking.

Went down do buy a preformed radiator hose, And they sold me the wrong one. So I went and asked…read morethem to look at the hose I needed and they they refused to walk out to my car and look at the hose, they did refund what I paid on the wrong hose that should count for 1 star. I went across the street to O'Reilly Auto Parts and they walked out and looked at the hose and they told me I I could have 2 feet of Heater hose (FOR FREE) which should do the job of the old pre formed hose. Guess where I go next time. Auto Zone wanted $44.95 for the wrong hose O'Reilly gave me two feet of heater hose for free, I like that math.

The one & only time I've used this automotive center was my last. This was about 2 years ago but I…read morewant to warn people. The guy working the counter where you pay after they're done working on your car was plain mean and hateful. The battery service would've been ok except that they forgot to replace the battery cover and the piece that holds the battery in place. I left without checking (maybe my fault for believing they did everything right), and when I called them the next day the manager said they didn't have it and couldn't find either item. Wtf! So I filed a complaint with corporate and never heard back. Bottom line: always double check your car before you leave Walmart auto center anywhere!

I bought 4 z-rated DIRECTIONAL tires online and had them delivered to the store to have them…read moreinstalled for ($200!!! Extra dollars) well they refused to put them on my car because (Firestone) broke one of my lug nuts off....anyways...I go back home & Jack my car up and remove all 4 wheels, then I use my other car to take them the wheels and have them install the tires on the rims. They do 2 and I say I bought 4...so they do the other two I get home and they're all facing the same direction.... I don't drive a rollerblade type car so I had to go back a 3rd day and have them fix 2 of the tires since they can only roll in one direction hence the name (Directional Tires) and the PSI was 45 in one tire 52 another 40 and 35....the psi was supposed to be 29 and I asked for them to be at 29 psi....long story short don't buy tires from this Walmart or any Walmart if you want it done right. I don't trust them to do anything to my car.
