The interior detail was also below expectations: areas such as the seats, door bottoms, weatherstripping, and door jambs were not cleaned properly, and overall the work did not reflect professional standards. For these services, she was charged $1,200. In my opinion, a fair price for the work actually performed (a wash, wax, and interior detail) would have been closer to $300-$400. I am requesting a partial refund of $800. Because of this experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this business to others. I expected professionalism and thorough detailing, but instead we left disappointed.

First warning sign - gentleman leaving one stall warned me that he had lost his quarters in my stall after feeding the machine and then it wouldn't work. I moved to his stall and using the quarters I got from their bill exchanger I spent 10 minutes trying to get the machine to accept the minimum $$$ required. I had to forfeit the 5 quarters that it finally accepted out of the 25 quarters I had. Since I didn't want to lose more money and waste time I left and went to the Town Pump car wash where my quarters worked just fine and where there is staff to help you.

All but one employee are rude and have…read moreno clue what their doing, lanes never work and have to go to the lane by the window and the scanner still doesn't read your license plate correctly, car wash does a crummy job washing your car - I shouldn't have to go home and finish washing it after I go through a car wash. The back of my car never even gets wet! The vacuums are broken, the car wash is "out of order" or "closed for maintenance" more than it's open. It's a joke.
