Called and left two messages for the owner but no response. I know someone had been there because the place had been picked up. From past message I assume this is how this place handles business. Although this is closer to my home, I will not be coming back if I do not get a response from the owner. Sad thing is, this guy is making lots of money by having non working machines and not being held responsible for it. Update: On 7/29/2019 I drove by and saw the office door was open, so stopped in and spoke with a gentleman, never had received a response to any phone messages, however after he tried the machine several times, it took the money he put in but again produced no cards, he gave me my $20 back.

The interior detail was also below expectations: areas such as the seats, door bottoms, weatherstripping, and door jambs were not cleaned properly, and overall the work did not reflect professional standards. For these services, she was charged $1,200. In my opinion, a fair price for the work actually performed (a wash, wax, and interior detail) would have been closer to $300-$400. I am requesting a partial refund of $800. Because of this experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this business to others. I expected professionalism and thorough detailing, but instead we left disappointed.

First warning sign - gentleman leaving one stall warned me that he had lost his quarters in my stall after feeding the machine and then it wouldn't work. I moved to his stall and using the quarters I got from their bill exchanger I spent 10 minutes trying to get the machine to accept the minimum $$$ required. I had to forfeit the 5 quarters that it finally accepted out of the 25 quarters I had. The back of my car never even gets wet! The vacuums are broken, the car wash is "out of order" or "closed for maintenance" more than it's open. It's a joke.
