It could have been a good experience. Today I went for the first time to visit this car wash, which is the closest to my home. After paying almost $17 for a 10-minute stay, I realized that the place is organized so that you spend more time than normal. I've never seen so much soap on the broom and in the jet, which will make it take longer to wash your car. It wasn't clear at the entrance what the price per minute would be. When I asked the employee about the time, she didn't say there was any mistake, even though I had set a different time than the one charged. Anyway, I won't go back to this car wash until it's fair and offers good value for money to wash my cars there. And I strongly recommend that anyone who doesn't know the place should stay away from it. read more

Went to Moray location, $22.00 to wash a Rav 4 totally ridiculous Price gouging , won't return there, brushes usually in poor condition

10 minute rinse is almost 20 bucks? Better value at an auto car was at shell. What's the reason for the price gouging?

It can be an ok place if it's not busy. If there is a line up, or the bays are full, just leave, as you get to pay for the time you get to sit in line as well, and this isn't a very reasonably priced place. Then again I am use to my local coin Op where I get 2 and a half minutes for a buck, you get 5 minutes free drying time when bays are full or more when they are not full, and don't have to sit in line to leave. Also if it's full and you are unlucky enough to get a bay near the till/exit door you will wait even longer to back out into the line. Today not even a full 5 minute cycle on the control box clicked off, a quick rinse only, and it cost me 5.50 to get out once sitting in a 4 car line up and having the time add up. Be better if it was coin Op, and since they are so worried about people taking time for free, just put in a system like The Wave car wash has, they lights above each bay, green for in use, yellow for just stopped, gives you 2 or 3 minutes, then turns red, and they ask you to leave if you haven't been paying for use, simple. Their system is too old school, and there are better ways than to make people pay for their inefficiencies. read more

A great and affordable place to wash your car. I have no idea what the negative reviews are talking about. It may not be as good as getting your car detailed, but you get a good wash for the price. This place does charge by the minute, but it makes complete sense as every second yo spend in there is a second another customer could be washing their car. read more

If you're looking to do a good wash on your car, this is not the place to come. I've got to say, they sure have stepped it up a bit at this car wash. The lighting was recently improved so that you could actually see the dirt on your car so that you can get it off. But, this place charges by the minute, so you literally have to rush and do a crappy job if you don't want to spend too much money. I've never been able to wash my car for under $10 at this place, and I drive a tiny Honda Fit. I do a better job at the local coin-op wash for $4 and my car looks way better. This place is for the people that don't want to keep putting coins in the machine to keep the water running. Definitely not a cheap place to wash/clean your car! read more

I dont know what the person above is talking about. I have a truck and I use the scrub brush, wash and rince, clean the engine, and even wax it for usually 6 to 7 bucks. My only complaint it that I have to do a 3 point turn to get in to it because of where the door is. read more

I love this place. I have been going there for years, and I travel across the city to go there. There brushes are what sold me on it, I have been told that they are hog hair, that are better for you vehicle. The soap is great and the staff are there to help you. If they are not bussy you can ask and they will allow you to dry your car, and not charge you. I drive a van and have never paid over $6.00. I will be going back for many years. I don't write a lot of reviews, but I do wash my car here, and the previous review is nonsense. I don't want to spend a lot of time or money washing cars. I have NEVER spent $10 at Buggy Bath, even when washing floor mats as well as the car. With 25% off coupons even a leisurely wash should be more like $5 & a quick wash & rinse maybe $2. read more
