They also charged an additional $180. We are not sure they actually provided the service, and the shrub problem is unresolved. The rep stopped returning our calls. We have disputed the charge with no resolution. Why would we pay for a quarterly service only to be charged extra when it is ineffective? My advice would be to do it yourself. Originally had a roving customer service rep that would come out and address issue. He went MIA during the transition and there is no one to personally speak to, just call centers that are clearly out of the agent's home as per the baby crying in the background. We noticed sod web worms and cinch bugs during the respective time of year that they emerge and the responsiveness of the company crawled to a halt. When they did finally show up, the tech would claim that they didn't see anything. Damage to the sod ensued and areas that were only two years old now need to be replaced. Techs were clearly minimally trained or untrained and turnover high. Didn't have hoses that were long enough and would be asked directly did they get a certain area of the lawn, they would state they did and when confronted with video evidence that they did not, they would then retract their statement. On one occasion, a manager was sent out bc the company couldn't keep or find techs, and he broke above ground irrigation and just left without saying anything. He was there to treat brand new sod and that irrigation was obviously need to water the lawn daily until established. When I called to speak to a manager to get reimbursed for needing to immediately getting it repaired, it took someone 7 days to call me back and they didn't even apologize for their delinquency or the damage. This company is absolute garbage. I know most lawn treatment companies in Florida are inept and a scam (this was our 5th) but this one took the cake with respect to apathy about performing what you paid good money for.
