We…read morewere scheduled to have the termite inspection Sept 16 and 17, a couple of people that I know took off work in order to be home for the inspection and they didn't show up after 10 am the notice went out that they didn't have something that's why they postponed it for oct 14 and 15. Fine, they also let us know that they didn't have to come inside, it would be just on the outside. They didn't complete the job, no excuses, when called by the HOA president, they said they would be back today Nov 26, they finally came to finish the job, I don't know if everything is resolved since they broke my neighbor's brand new tiles while drilling the holes back in October. In my opinion they are irresponsible.
