And when they tell you they will call you back, they just don't bother. The only time the girl ever called and said that our vehicle would be done on a certain day at a specific time, it was not done and we didn't receive any notice to tell us that it wasn't done. During the whole process which took seven weeks, we were told seven times that it would be done on a certain date but it never was and they never bothered to call us to tell us that it wasn't done or why. We will never make the mistake of doing business with them ever again. Do yourself a favor and choose a different body shop
