The condo was spotless, filled with amenities, and there were so many incredibly thoughtful small touches (like finding an electric kettle). We ate many meals on the balcony, and some mornings we took our coffee down the stairs to the dock. You are just feet from water and across the street from the Gulf (where there are dolphins, and spectacular cotton candy sunsets). It is perfectly located, and the host (Kristin) couldn't be nicer or more responsive. It was our first trip in a long time, and this was the perfect destination. If you need to escape for calm, peace, and quiet, this is your place (the airport noise was jarring when we had to return home). Can't wait to return!

All three bedrooms in our unit need new beds and were told it was out of there hands and up to the owners. The oven took over an hour to get to temperature and both showers had no water pressure and didn't drain properly. All management has done for the past (approx.) 2 years is send maintenance to "exterminate" the inside of the cabinets for bugs, which doesn't address this ongoing problem. I am not the only tenant in the complex with this frustrating problem, which tells me that management is fully aware. Furthermore, I continue to get the run around. Now I guess Im expected to call of my job to let maintenance in when there are additional keys Im sure. I just returned home from a three night/four day stay at Arbor Seaside Cottages and could not be happier. I rented all five cottages for my party of 24. Nick handled my booking and was super easy to work with. He graciously answered hundreds of questions and customized the billing process to suit my needs. He was always a text or call away with responses within 24-48 hours. The property is located on Gulf Blvd, offers private parking spaces and is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and convenient stores. It felt small at first because it's nestled between taller rental properties but was spacious enough for a small wedding. Simply rearranging the patio furniture made all the difference. The backyard is Indian Rocks Beach, just steps away from the sparkling gulf waters. The incredible sunset viewings and euphoric sound of waves crashing made for a dreamy vacation. Each cottage came equipped with full kitchens plus two shared grills outside, which minimized our need to dine out. The queen beds were very comfortable but a couple of sofa beds needed a tune up. The only thing we ran out of by day 3 was toilet paper. Five people to a bathroom will do that I suppose. We had plenty of towels and extra linens but nothing to worry about with onsite laundry. The quaint cottages were air conditioned, had tv's and strong WiFi. Convenient keypad locks on the doors so we didn't have to carry any keys. Everyone loved the pavilion outside. It became the gathering place for familia to enjoy morning coffee together, chill, play cards and drink. The strung lights around it made for beautiful ambience at night. Although I found Arbor Seaside Cottages by searching VRBO, they have a website for booking as well. If you're interested in hosting a small wedding or family reunion I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Nick. The cottages may also be rented individually for smaller groups. We already plan on returning with or without the entire group!

There is a nice size pool and two grills that are for use at anyone in the cottage. There is also on site laundry room. If you have a family reunion or just are looking for a place for your friends to spend some quality time at the beach. Use these cottages! They will be a great fit!
