There were three young white servers and one Black server, but nobody said a word to us. I finally asked if someone was going to take care of us or what was going on. One young lady said, "Let me see," but she never came back to help us--even though her workstation was right behind our table. It's understandable when a restaurant is busy or short-staffed, but in this case, there were four employees walking around and only two other tables occupied. To make matters worse, a new table arrived--a white couple--and after only five minutes, the Black server was attending to them. Was it a coincidence, or is it because we are Hispanic that nobody wanted to serve us? Is the Hispanic community not welcome at IHOP? If that's the case, they should put up a sign saying so. Does the Hispanic community not have money? Do we not matter? Does this behavior truly represent the IHOP franchise?

the wings are small.. the drinks are weak and expensive. im not by any means a big drinker but i spent 7$ a piece on 4 mixed drinks and didn't even feel like i usually feel after just 2 glasses of wine... so yeah..not worth it. iv seen the cooks smoke cigarettes and go back in the kitchen without washing their hands the old woman manager i believe her name was Jean..or Jane was whispering something about black people and how they never tip and she was smoking and drinking/playing the game at the bar. the servers had to come to her every 5 minutes for something and she would just sit there and not really have concern about the customers. the older blonde bar tender her name is Leah she had a horrible attitude not only with me but i over heard her talking about other customers TO some customers and Jean or Jane..it also took me for ever to get her attention as shes just standing there gossiping at the end of the bar..and she wasnt busy there was maybe 4 people at the bar and like 8 at the tables. last but not least by far.. i did some background after one of the cooks walked out of the kitchen to and play keno so i talked to him for a while....turns out he was the "kitchen manager" and he's a FELON! he just got out of prison!! so that restaurant is a joke. not professional at all!!!! at least the bathroom was clean..they were out of paper towels...but it was clean. but ill never eat there again. if i want wings and drinks and fun ill do it at my house. read more

A group of us go on the regular to Buffalos Hiram. It's a great place to meet friends and hang on the weekends. Service is good and pricing too. The burgers and wings are awesome. Cold beer taste great. Live music on Friday. Been seeing a band Mr Blue Roads. We have seen them all Summer. Fun rock and Country. We sang along with them. The whole place did. Fun to the max.
