Brought brother here for first time ever for dinner last night. I myself hadn't been here for at least 5 years. We really lucked out with awesome waitress, which made all the difference. We both ordered brisket tacos, boneless wings and Pepsi Zero. Brother also ordered Yuengling. It was a Thursday night, so they had BOGO Boneless Wings...buy one get one free order of boneless wings. We bought an order of 6 boneless wings, and got an order of six boneless wings for free. My brother got Nashville Hot sauce wings, I got Jammin Jalapeno sauce wings, which was okay. Instead of sweet sauce with brisket tacos, I opted for jammin jalapeno sauce. Brisket Tacos had delicious smoky flavor with grilled onions, housemade guacamole, housemade pico de Gallo, jammin jalapeno sauce and salsa instead of cotija cheese with housemade tortilla chips. Tortilla chips one of the best I've ever had. My brother enjoyed first experience at Buffalo Wild Wings and I enjoyed it more than before, thanks to Waitress Skye and my brother. read more

Good food. The beer battered onion rings , alcohol , wings are the best out of their selection in my opinion. Their delivery has great packaging same as to go platters when dinning in. read more

the service started off great our server was fast and attentive in the beginning but it all started to go down hill after our drinks and appetizer came to the table. my girlfriends drink had something in it and our fried pickles were hard and didn't taste good. The manager had taken our app and got them fixed with much better ones but the issues didn't end there.. Me and my girlfriend ordered all flats and I still managed to get a drum but I wasnt that annoyed cause it was just one. and it seemed like half way through our visit our server just seemed to stop be fast and attentive, I needed a refill and she was nowhere to be found. Our silverware had lettuce on it and was disgusting as if it wasn't even washed. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings is a sports bar chain that specializes in wings, tenders, and burgers. This location can be found off of Grape Street in Whitehall. If I had to pick one word to describe this location it would be inconsistent. You never know what kind of food or service you're going to get. This has been an ongoing problem for years. During my last visit my buddy and I sat at the bar. The bartender was nice, but that's the only positive thing I have to say. After waiting over 30 mins to get our food, the order was incorrect and the fries were cold. It wasn't bad enough to complain, but I was definitely disappointed. This was the first time we had been to this location in awhile, and it will be our last. The food and the service was awful. I ordered traditional wings and when they out, they were cold, with very little meat on the bones. 7:00 on Friday evening and more than half of the tables were empty. I can see why. This is the second time we have been to this location and were very unhappy with the service. We were seated promptly but waited more than 5 min for our waiter to approach us. He spoke in a very soft voice making him hard to hear. The restaurant had very few patrons when we visited. After receiving our food 30 min after walking in, several staff grabbed a soda and sat down. It was hard to get their attention to have our drinks refilled. It's no wonder they are not busy. No enthusiasm in ANY of the employees! We felt like we were a bother to them because they had to wait on us! read more

Picked up dinner last night. We decided to try the order ahead option. Cool. Everything went good. PIcked up on time. Yada,yada...UNTIL.. I decided to add a SMALL onion rings to that for take out. I had to ask a waitress to see if my order was ready She was kind and looked and brought it to me. Oh....wait... When I opened the box in the car HALF were COLD....NOOO. Food is less than desirable, service is eh - except from a select few, but what do you expect from poor management. The ambiance is nothing short of an upscale Mc Donald's - this is just my personal experience. They have extremely high turn over in staff due to their un-empathetic management style, which is my way or the high way. It's a fast food chain - so you get what you pay for. Yes they claim to be a "sports" bar, but you can be a sports bar with class - which BWW severely lacks... read more

Driving my wife and mother-in-law to a bunch of wedding events in the area, BWW became my temporary home. MY father-in-law and myself came here a few times to grab a beer and enjoy some wings while we waited. Service was bit a slow and bartending staff was hit or miss. With so few people in the bar, you would imagine you would get a bit better service, but sometimes workers work harder when there are more people. Having to stay busy elevates your game, but when there isn't a constant need to be "on", it's easy to take more breaks than you have to. I kinda get it, even though it's not very hospitable. On the two occasions, the wings were a lot worse the second time. Maybe too fried and dried out? Not too pleasing. Still, it was a decent place to kill some time, watch some tv, have a few beers, and play bar trivia/poker against myself... read more

Don't get me wrong, Micheal, our waiter was an absolute angel. But the food was atrocious. My boyfriend and I ordered buffalo boneless wings, and they were not bad. We also ordered chicken tenders with fries and the chicken tenders were dry and undercooked as well as hard. The onion rings were still doughy and disgusting. The mozzarella sticks were dry, and the ranch was extremely sour. Very nice employees but truly disappointing food for the price. We were both so excited to come here and eat, but in the end, truly disappointed. read more

Our server Sky was phenomenal! Super friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was good and did not have a lone wait time for it being the dinner hour on a Sunday night. The service was absolutely terrible. I understand being short staffed- but we had to call for our waitress numerous times because she was sitting in the back talking , not servicing any tables. Also, food was ice cold. could not tell our waitress because by the time we had our food on the table she was gone- had to ask another waitress who was very pleasant. Helped us more than our own. And charged us for iur normal meal. No discount, nothing. read more

Very disappointing! My family and I walked in and noticed what seemed to be the manager and a worker standing by the computer not acknowledging us until I walked towards them. The manager automatically stated that there was a 15 min wait but the dinning area was empty and the bar area was somewhat packed. I proceeded to ask the reason for the wait, she stated because she has 2 large parties being served right now and the kitchen was super busy. I used to work at a BWW (two different locations) and my manager WOULD'VE NEVER EVEN think of saying something like that. I asked her, what about the bar area? She then was like "ummmm" for about 15 seconds and proceeded with sure but the kitchen is still busy so you still have to wait to be served. I wanted to watch the Chiefs game at a place where people love to go for sports viewing. She did not try to provide any hospitality at all. It could have been one of those days for this location which made them incompetent to provide service to a half empty night or maybe it was a racial issue. Which ever the reason it may have been, I removed my family from this location and came to Big Woodys. Completely different and extremely welcoming! read more

It's okay for a chain restaurant but I asked our server for my sandwich without tomatoes and it still had them when it came out, no big deal, I picked them out, but when I pointed it out to the waitress, I just got an oops! I forgot! Surprised she can't remember something simple. Also the French fries tasted like they were fresh from they fryer of McDonald's? Maybe they ran out and had to run there for more? Speaking of fries, there was one on the floor near our table when we came.in and we watched the entire time as servers just kept kicking it around and stepping in it! Stopped by for a late lunch while running some errands with the family. Normally, I have low expectations of chains like BWW so I roll with it but just I was actually disappointed today. Mostly issue with the service. Our waitress screwed up our orders and seemed like she didn't know the menu. Food was ok although salty (more than normal). The waitress stopped by once for drinks, once for our order and when she said "if you need anything else, just ask". Problem was she kept hiding in the server station. She spent at least 15-20 minutes there and never even popper her head out. 30 mins later she stopped by and asked if we needed anything. A refill would have been nice but at that point, I just wanted the check. When we check came, we were charged incorrectly. Manager made it right which is why I didn't give it 1 star. I would avoid this location in the future. Wish I had read the other reviews before coming here read more

I'd give it minus stars if I could... I love Buffalo Wild Wings but this location SUCKS!!! The service, if you can even call it service when you sit at a table in an empty restaurant for 20 minutes at dinner time and NO ONE STOPS BY TO EVEN CHECK ON YOU OR ASK IF YOU WANT A DRINK!! It's one thing if it were a lone occurrence, but the service is pathetic every time I go... which has been rarely as of late, but not again... I'm done.. I've ordered from this location numerous times and EVERY time something was either missing or wrong, and than it takes forever for them to remake your food so you're sitting there for 30 minutes while the rest of your food gets cold. My husband and I went out for a date night for the first time in months. We waited an hour and a half to receive our food because they "lost our ticket" and the manager would come out to speak to us. The manager finally brings us JUST chicken on a tray, without the celery and ranch. We had to ask her to bring it out even though it comes with the meal.
