Came in for a quick dinner before a 7-hour snowy drive, and the experience was honestly terrible. When we walked in, the greeter looked at us and then walked away. I went to the restroom, expecting my two teens would be seated by the time I came back--nope. We stood there for another five minutes while employees walked past us like we were invisible. I finally asked someone if anyone was working. She barely acknowledged us, told us to "give her a minute," and brought out the same greeter... who came back with an attitude and asked if we wanted to sit at the bar. I'm with a 16-year-old and a 12-year-old--why would that even make sense? When I said no, she put us in a cold corner booth (82) with an unclean table. Our server was nicer (fake nice) but still seemed annoyed when I asked if the table could be wiped down. Meanwhile, I watched the greeter giving loud, enthusiastic greetings to everyone else who walked in... while making direct eye contact with me. Wild. I will never come back. Our first visit two months ago was great, I even went out of my way to tip & thank our server over the 25%, but this staff today was completely unprofessional and rude from start to finish. When it was time for the check (a 10 minute wait) waitress made sure she sped walked towards us when she saw us get up to leave. In spite of the many old negative reviews, we decided to come for an early dinner (3:30pm) on the Labor Day holiday and we were not disappointed. Even though it was moderately busy, we were quickly seated and our waitress, who was friendly and efficient, took our order. Our drinks arrived quickly- and so did our order of 20 wings. I travel a lot and often find myself in Watertown, NY. I eat a low carb diet, so I frequently visit steakhouses and wing places when I dine out. The Buffalo Wild Wings on Arsenal Street is very convenient because it is situated walking distance from 2 hotels. I go there about every 6 weeks on average. I think the company has an excellent concept and I can appreciate why people generally love it. In this most recent experience (today), I was passing through Watertown on the way to Syracuse. Because time was a factor, I elected to order wings using their online order option - paying at the restaurant upon arrival. I arrived at the proposed time (about 20 minutes after ordering). The employee operating the cash was cheerful. I paid in cash, no paper receipt was given. It's important to note only the paper receipt contains a feedback code, so I was unable to leave feedback on their website (I guess the company doesn't want multiple generic feedback requests). The "receipt" that is emailed contains only very limited information. As a result, there is no way to leave digital feedback: one must call the store or go back to the store in person to comment. After picking up the order, I got back in the car and proceeded on my way to Syracuse. About the order: - I ordered 2 X medium wings (about 28 altogether) - Both salt & vinegar flavor - 3 X blue cheese dressing, 3 X ranch dressing - I included a note that asked for extra napkins About my food experience (positive): - I did get the extra napkins I asked for - I did get the dipping sauces I requested *i also checked these BEFORE I left the building. About my food experience (negative): You'd have to agree that the Buffalo Wild Wings concept is great. For the kitchen staff, it has got to be one of the easiest restaurant gigs. I mean, for the most part: 1- cook the wings; 2- coat the wings in wet or dry flavor seasoning; 3 - give to customer. On this occasion, my order had VIRTUALLY NO SEASONING. It would surprise me if there was 1/4 teaspoon on the entire order. This was the second time (the first time was an UberEats order in a different city with the same issue) this has happened. Aside from making sure the wings are fully cooked, ensuring they are actually seasoned is the most important aspect of preparing the wings. Otherwise they are plain (and unsalted). Which makes for a horribly bland food experience. This left me feeling extremely disappointed. If it wasn't for the dipping sauces it would have been inedible (just bland chicken). Either: 1 - if not already standardized, Buffalo Wild Wings needs to standardize the amount of seasoning that employees put on their wings; or 2 -ensure employees follow established seasoning protocol. I ordered a tasty salt & vinegar experience and paid almost $40 for it. Instead, I got a plain lacklustre experience. *in-store experience is a roll of the dice for the same issue. Will I eat there again? Probably. However, I will need to ask for extra seasoning when I place the order to hedge my bet; which I don't think I should have to do. I strongly recommend you do the same. It might seem like an overstatement, but because the BWW concept is so simple, not properly seasoning the wings undermines the whole BWW concept. read more

Now its a very nice change of pace restaurant for the growing watertown area & its probably the best place to go if you're just wanting to watch your favorite sport & or team & get wasted. The food is really good even though yes it is mostly traditional barbecue/burger/fries type food it always tastes great & I've never had a problem with it. One issue is if you're just planning to do some drinking it seems to take a while to get a beer unless you're sitting at the bar of course. The bathroom is definitely way too small for as crowded as this place can get sometimes, theres only two urinals & one shitter. What if a bunch of people gotta take a crap at the same time it could potentially be a very "shitty" situation lol. Bar area tables are pretty crowded & smashed together & very hard to walk between & get around but it is doable even though you will probably bump into some random patrons. Once i turned off of hwy 81 and onto Arsenal St and saw that there was a BWW in crawling distance to my hotel I almost blacked out and crashed my car. With that said I always enjoy BWW. The one I go to in AZ is always a good time too. This experience is difference for me since im on business and traveling by myself so I look to the row of beer taps as my friends.
