Winner winner - Chicken Wing Dinner! At 9:50 PM we managed to hit evening happy hour at 9:45 tonight and ordered Bulleit barbecue wings, cheese, sticks, and nachos. The hit of the evening was the service (Night Hawk) and the exemplary skills of the bartender (Jessica!) who made one of the best bullet rye old fashions that I have ever had. Kudos! When we commented to our wonderful server, he also congratulated the female bartender working at night, and told us she took great pride in her work. What a nice, pleasant, unexpected surprise. read more

I feel like BWW doesn't taste as good as it used to. The chicken feels smaller and drier, and there are fewer flats now. I usually like bone in wings more, but the boneless actually tastes better now because they are less dry. We family styled a meal to get a bunch of variety in wing flavors. These are the flavors we had in order of my most favorite: 1. Parmesan Garlic -- only consistent flavor 2. Nashville Hot 3. Honey BBQ 4. Spicy Garlic -- tbh tasted like Buffalo sauce 5. Hot BBQ 6. Mango Habanero -- pretty spicy 7. Asian Zing 8. Lemon Pepper Honestly the best thing we got was actually the ultimate nachos. Usually for nachos you run out of the toppings before the chips, but these nachos has soooo much toppings we didn't have to ration. I think if I came back, I would try the burgers because those honestly look more appetizing than the wings. read more

Don't waste your time and go to the Marketview Drive location instead. The pick-up order had no silverware, no napkins, and despite me arriving after the pick-up time, was not ready for 10 minutes. Or maybe it was ready and 3 employees were just making eye contact with me while helping other customers and not approaching to help me for no reason. Every time I've ordered here I've ended up losing money because they take so long I run over my lunch time. Would be understandable if they were understaffed but that is not the case. If you're not dining in expect to be ignored and for your food to be cold when it is brought. read more

Save your time and do not go to this establishment. The staff and owner does not care how this place operates. I ordered boneless wings, fried pickles, tater tots and chicken sandwich. The pickles were completely raw, the boneless wings were 2/3 bone in and I was never told nor asked if I would like a substitute. This is ridiculous, no one takes pride in their job anymore, they want money for being lazy and ignorant. read more

Seriously if I could put a zero, I would! I don't think I've ever had worse service or food! I don't even know where to start other than you will wait forever for your food if you ever even get it because the waiter decided not to put our order in and we were not the only table the other four he was waiting on had the same thing happen. In fact, we were informed of this by the manager, and then it took twice as long after that for us to get our food. We were about to leave and the manager assured us that it was coming. No one around us had gotten food and he ended up comping our entire bill. After my mom found a hard piece of plastic in her burger. The staff smelled like weed and as we were leaving, confirmed that as they were all out back smoking. So if you're really just going to the bar to drink, I'm sure your experience won't quite be the same. But to eat, good luck. It has to be the most "low rent" restaurants I've ever been to in Champaign Urbana. read more

Solid bdubs experience. Food was good, but not as good as I remember it being. The food came out quickly and we were able to taste many different flavors, of which honey bbq still is my favorite. read more

Ordered 12 bone in wings. One beer. And was looking forward to eating some delicious food. Little did I know, I was in for a surprise. When the server dropped off my wings I could see a discomfort look as the server looked down at the wings. At this point I knew something was up! The tray is in front of my face..My eyes grew larger and larger as I was scanning the food. I couldn't tell the difference between drums and wings. These bone in wings where smaller than my pinkie finger. Ridiculous. I'm never coming back to spend $24 for some tiny wings and a beer. Don't recommend this place for wings!! read more

I had the all American burger and if it wasn't for the grease dripping from it there would have been no flavor at all,the meat tasted old not quite spoiled but flavorless nonetheless, the fries were what would appear to have been two different batches some were cooked well and others ( at least half ) were so overcooked that when you broke it in half it was hollow and hard like the pan it was served on. The waitress was attentive but there was only about 15 customers and most were at the bar. The restaurant smelled of burnt grease that hits you hard when you walk in , don't think the carpet has been cleaned since it opened. Doubt I will return. read more

servers are terrible. food tastes like cardboard. wanted 20 minutes at the front check in station to even be noticed then another 10 minutes finally got seated. wait staff walk around mean mugging everyone. want a refill on your drink forget about it. 0 stars never coming back read more

Ordered take out this evening with my boyfriend. He ordered online and we arrived on time to pick it up. The food wasn't ready and when he checked to make sure all that was ordered, was there, he realized he was missing an item. He told someone who said they'd get it. He Never came back. Another worker finally came up to see if my boyfriend needed something, he said he was missing his fry. She then brought out, what was supposed to be a large fry came out as a cold small. He just left annoyed and didn't think it was worth the headache of telling them it was wrong. The service received was not the best unfortunately. After coming home and microwaving the wings, they were okay. read more

As a franchise, it's just gone down hill. Small, over cooked and under sauced wings. Too many better options in the wing space.

the service here is not the greatest! the last few times I've been there I've heard nothing but negative things to the waitresses from what seems to be there manager ? i believe her name was denea? As a manager that's not how you treat your employees! It was disrespectful and uncalled for in my eyes! If you do go there though recommend having Abby as your server! she's always had great customer service , and always made sure i had What i needed !! Service was terrible, waiter acted as if my party of 3 were a bother to him. Argued with me regarding a points reward, then stormed away to get the manager. The manager fixed the issue. The waiter then slammed to receipt on the table without another word. Absolute worst attitude by a waiter that I've experienced. If you don't want to do your job then quit! No wonder the large restaurant was empty at 6pm in a college town, if that is how customers are typically treated. read more

Me and my roommate went in for lunch. They were not busy 3 or 4 tables. 1st they sat us at a dirty table, they wiped it off set down menus and they stuck to the tables. We sat looking at the menus, 4 or 5 more tables came in, they got drinks, apps, and orders taken. We never seen a waitress or waiter manager walked passed us several times. We said F it and left but not before I told the person at the take out counter of our dismay. She gave me the deer in the headlight stare. We walked out and went to old orchard and had great food. While there I called bw3 and got a manager and told her of out experience. She made the excuse everyone is new and they dropped the ball. Not my problem.. other people got food and drinks in a timely manor. Seem like an excuse to cover bad service, no wait no service.. Was a waste of time and I was really looking forward to wings and jerk sauce. They were slow so no reason for shitty service. read more

This place is great, they have a lot of sauces to choose from and the wings are delicious. I would recommend the hot sauces if you like it spicy but all of the sauces are good. The place has a good vibe too so you can just come here to chill or to take a mid night meal, they are open late. The staff is super nice, talkative and makes you feel welcome. read more

this location is usually unorganized and orders are never ready on time. No one is ever at the pickup desk and someone haphazardly walks by to see if you have been helped. Orders have been incomplete the last 2 times we have had takeout. This time no tater tots. And I have to wait for a district manager to refund my money. read more

The service here is awful. Apparently this place allows smoking WEED right next to those trying to enjoy their mediocre food. Took about a half an hour to even get my order in although the place far from busy. Waiters aren't even friendly. Could barely swallow my food with the STENCH OF MARIJUANA. Also mixed up our drinks!! read more

Less than stellar BDubs in Champaign. On a Monday night with not much going on in sports we waited a few minutes to even be acknowledged at the Host stand for service. Others who entered later also had to wait for any acknowledgement. Restaurant was dirty, many tables needed bussing. Server was inattentive, didn't refill waters, so we had to flag down a coworker. The wings were good, but subpar experience overall. read more

The recent remodel at this location is a huge upgrade! Greatly improved lighting and decor. New seating, floors, and paint, too! I love that they now have a LCD Beer Display ---- you can see a rotating list of all the beers on draft as well as the caloric content if you're interested.36 beers on draft including local options from Triptych, Riggs, and Big Thorn. We stopped by during Happy Hour but didn't partake in any of the specials. The service was quick, beers cold, wings hot, and fries crispy. A winning trip in my eyes. read more

I gave you a 1 because it made me. I was in your store for a door dash. No one cane up to me at first but I seen the only server on the floor who was extremely busy and i stopped her and asked her about my order. She was so sweet her name was Kierra. She was a. 5 star . She went to get someone who dies the to go orders He had no clue whatsoever what he was doing. I asked multiple times about my dash order. And the same answer. Uhggg I don't know. I said can you please find someone who does. This is after 20 minutes. As I was waiting for him to come back 2 servers standing there one trying the other. She was drink a drink and talking the other dug her head the whole time. I asked her the one who was not digging her head if she could help and she said I get the person who does that job. THANKS .. SO I ask for a manger great idea. The kid that had no clue comes back abd says the managers said he does not have time right now and when he does he will come up. Great customer service!! The man who order the food PAID FOR IT ALREADY. IT HAD BEEN 32 MINUTES ALREADY. AND YOU COULDNT TAKE 2 MINUTES OUT OF YOUR TIME TO GET HIS ORDER.. THIS WAS TUESDAY APRIL 11TH AT ABOUR 11:30. My first time at any Buffalo Wild Wings and the verdict: Better than Hooters for sure. The wings we got had some real meat on them and were pretty huge O__o. The sauces are definitely all on the sour side, but the meat was actually really juicy and piping hot! Atmosphere is great, and you can see TVs at any angle, perfect for sports fanatics c: they also had some yummy fries but lets be honest its hard to go wrong with fries read more

Sitting at the bar for an hour. No one has taken my food order. Worst service ever.Boneless Wings

Worst service ever. If you want to wait 2 hours in a restaurant that's half full then come here!

I've never been to one of these before, mostly because I hate chains and buffalo wings do not interest me. But this joint has a bajillion TVs and we wanted to watch a college football game. I told the hostess that we had a party of four and wanted to see the Northwestern-Iowa game (one of the minor games in the time slot), and she made a beeline for a particular table which suited us very well. We had just come from a late breakfast, so we didn't eat, but instead ordered just beer for the duration of the game. Our server was attentive and friendly though. No complaints. read more

if I could give a zero star review I would. I've been waiting here for an hour and haven't gotten my food yet, they're not busy, and there wasn't even a wait when we got here. about 40 minutes of waiting our server came to our table and told us they gave our meal to someone else on accident, and we are on our way to homecoming as we've already told them and they are taking their sweet time. read more

My friends and I went to this b-dubs every Thursday for the boneless wings promotion for almost an entire school year. The food isn't incredible, but definitely above average for a chain. They have a wide variety of sauces that honestly make the food. If it weren't for flavors like Asian Zing and Thai Curry I wouldn't eat there. Indeed, the only wings I've ever had and actually like were at this chain. The boneless wings are a little expensive if you don't go during the promotion, but with the deal they're not bad. You can fill up for a little over $10. The atmosphere is your typical sports bar so it's a little on the loud side, but overall not too bad. It gets busy during dinner time, and if you're unfortunate enough to go during an Illini game or major league draft you'll probably be waiting a while. You can control the music with the Rockbox app, which is fun in a group since you can all upvote someone's music to the top of the queue. read more

I had the Desert Heat and they were awesome! Take out order was ready fast even though it was during a busy lunch hour.

I really hate writing a bad review during a pandemic, but this place has been headed downhill for years. Tonight, there were unmasked, non-distanced crowds gathered in the entryway and strolling around the restaurant. Food and drink took forever. When it arrived, it was lukewarm, at best. Our server was literally running from table to table, but couldn't overcome poor management. I felt terrible for her. I can't imagine this restaurant lasting too much longer... read more

I haven't been to a BW3s in a while and I was glad to return. I came here with a fishing buddy after moving my younger brother into his apartment for college. They have an excellent "60 cent boneless buffalo wings" special on Thursdays and we hit that up. We phoned our order in and picked up in 10 minutes. The service was quick and prompt, even though the place was bustling (the Thursday wing special is very popular). I highly recommend the Parmesan garlic sauce and the mango habanero sauces for the wings. Both are delicious. While I prefer actual wings the boneless wings, the meat was good and tender. Plus there's a liquor store next door so you can pick some beers up with your carry-out. Everyone wins! read more

They literally can never get any delivery/pickup orders right. Pre COVID or now. Not sure why we keep trying. Check your orders!!

I haven't had this app downloaded on my phone in forever. However, Buffalo Wild Wings in Savoy was so unbelievably terrible tonight that I just HAD to re download it. We received our drinks and 45 minutes later got 2 orders of wings. Never offered a drink refill, given silverware, or napkins. When our waiter finally managed to come back around we managed to get him to find our daughters food, mentioning that we were missing both orders of fries and our appetizers. We are all of our food with our fingers because nobody could be bothered to remember to bring us silverware and utilized baby wipes from the diaper bag since napkins were also never provided. Never received the second order of fries and the appetizers were so under cooked that we boxed them up to throw in the air fryer at home due to still being charged for them even though we didn't get them until we were leaving. Terrible service, terrible management, undercooked food. Will be driving further into town from now on for B-Dubs. read more

We just got takeout from here. Two of the orders of wings (21 total) were too salty to eat. The other order of 15 wings wasn't even completely spun in sauce. They didn't put our ranch dressing in the bag. We asked for a plain cheese burger and it was slathered in mayo with all the toppings. For what BWs has raised their prices to, I expected way more. Prices were shocking for the low quality service and food. I really used to love this place, but it's gone down hill over the last several years. The significant rise in prices and decrease in quality is just too much. We will not be returning. read more

Here to give them another chance and again they have managed to screw up a simple order! All I asked was for 1 order well done and one regular. They mess up not only 1 time but 2 times cooking regular wings!!! I don't know what they don't understand about any of what i requested! read more

I understand that they are understaffed, but when people who came in after us are already eating it's kinda aggravating. We've been sitting here for an hour already, been out of drinks for 10 minutes and just got some more. I'm usually very patient when getting food, but now i'm a bit annoyed. Our food just came out as i'm writing this. Our food had to of been sitting under the heat lamp for at least 15 minutes, the sour cream on the nachos had a film on it and the nachos were cold, the wings were cold, he forgot our fries the first time, and he also forgot our celery but we didn't have the energy to ask for it. The refill on the root beer had absolutely no syrup, how could you look at it and then serve it to someone. They weren't even seating people who walked in. If i could give it 0 stars I would, genuinely worst restaurant experience I've ever had. It cost the same as going to texas roadhouse, but at texas roadhouse they actually have good service even though they're always packed. read more

I used to go here every Sunday to watch football. I haven't been in a while, and tonight's experience was HORRIBLE. They screwed up my wife's order (gave her traditional when she ordered boneless). It is took 45 minutes to get our food. When the food finally came, it was cold. They used to cut their celery by hand. Now they get it repacked (per our waitress and the manager) and the ends of almost every piece were dried out, and some pieces had rotten spots. Half way through our meal, our waitress went MIA. The only good thing was the manager was going around to the tables asking how things were. I let him know how dissatisfied I was, so he essentially comped my meal (1 of the 4 we ordered).
