The woman who sat us did a really good job at sitting us I hope she seats us always . The server at first started off good but then not so good . Didn't take our order correctly . forgot to put in the sides , forgot to put in the correct beer, never refilled our waters . makes me not want to seat with the server again . read more

Ordered a couple of cheeseburgers and waited over 45 minutes. When the food finally arrived, it wasn't even hot. Overall, not exactly the experience I was hoping for. I contacted corporate, and to their credit, they actually tried reaching the local management. Unfortunately, local management apparently decided that returning a customer's call was simply too much to ask. ‍ So after waiting 45+ minutes for cold food, I'm now waiting for management to apparently discover the existence of a telephone. Not a good time. Not good customer service. And definitely not how you win back a customer. read more

I was excited to get some wings when I gpt here but the experience was just distasteful. When we walked in, the host was helping someone so we waited, once he was done with those previous costumers, he kind of just stared at us. I asked if he was the host then he said yes and I asked for a table for 4. He just grabbed menus and walked into the seating area. So we assumed to follow him since he was not talking to us? He sat us at a table that was dirty and we had kids with us so when we got to the table the server came up right away and greeted us as she watched us clean the table. She didn't say anything so I asked her if we could get a rag or something and she looked displeased with me asking.. let me be clear I did not ask her to clean the table, I asked for a rag or something to continue to clean the table. After that, she was very neglectful of our table and just acted like we were bothering her every time we waved her down. We ordered the all you can eat appetizers. We got fried pickles, mozzarella sticks and onion rings as well as lemon pepper and spicy garlic wings. The fried pickles were cooked perfectly and so were the mozzarella sticks. I think the frying oil was fresh this day which was nice. Considering all the food we had, the price was very good! Overall, they had service is why I gave a low rating but the food did not disappoint. read more

Terrible dry wings, no sauce, burnt bad taste, absolutely bad, they need to learn how to cook them properly

This place has become so much better with their limited staff, MICHELLE is always my fav. We come in for her. She makes a killer margarita & always quick with our food requests. The managers adore her which is great because she needs all the help she can get working the bar so well on busy nights. Always here for a quick happy hour/ lunch special. read more

Second time using the app for a pickup order and had no issues whatsoever. The cashier was super friendly and the place was busy, so I'm glad I ordered ahead. I was in/out in under a minute which gives me more time to watch football! read more

This location used to be one of our go-to restaurants. Service has gotten so bad that the last 2 times we had to leave because a server never came to our table. I will also mention there were less than 10 other patrons in the entire restaurant at the time. If we didn't hv gift cards to use I wouldn't go back. read more

The server came over ask for drink orders and came right back with drinks and menus. Asked right away if we wanted to order. I asked for him to give us a minute. He disappeared for 20 minutes and never came back. There was one other table in the whole restaurant. Its not like he was busy, we just never saw him again. So we left. No wonder this location has such low reviews. read more

Management has continue to make strong gains in retaining solid service staff and the food quality has improved. We just need to see some ageing equipment like TV's replaced and to swap the wood high-top stools for metal frames - they certainly show their age - but the core experience is very good and is now a place I enjoy visiting regularly. read more

I honestly have never been so disappointed. The service here was absolutely atrocious. Waited 20 min in a dead restaurant for the server to even come get our drink order. After that waited another 20 min for two cocktails. The server then didn't come back for 30 min and I had to go to the bar to order more drinks. Given there was about 5 people in the whole restaurant. Shouldn't take 15 min to get a box for my food and run my card. Need to find new workers because these ones were horrible. read more

As I walked in to Buffalo Wild Wings something had changed. The service staff was very nice and attentive. The food came to the table in a timely manner, wings were hot along with the other food. All the food tasted very good. All and all it was a very good experience and will be back. read more

There's no organization when you're picking up your order and nobody is ever at the front register. Takes way longer for the food to be ready than what the app says. read more

Since I discovered this location about six months ago, I found it to be a more enjoyable location than the Gurnee Mills one just a few miles away. It's less populated than the Fountain Square location, though. Oddly enough, or maybe not, this location and the Fountain Square location are both exactly across from LA Fitness facilities. Bartenders and servers here at the Round Lake Beach Buffalo Wild Wings are very nice, very friendly, polite, and attentive. It's like most other BDubs locations, lots of sports on TV, always good music, always clean. Ninety-nine percent of the time I get Wings, boneless or traditional. Recently I had a Kansas City crispy chicken sandwich and it was actually really good! I'm doing my best to cut down on carbs, not completely but mostly, and this location has been very accommodating and swapping out french fries with steamed vegetables. Orders seem to be quicker here than the Fountain Square location. read more

I spent a total of $63.00. This is the second time I've gone and the wings had no sauce and extremely small. I will not be going to any BWW location for the foreseeable future. Not worth the price. I got 15 traditional wings and it felt like I ate 7 because of how small they were. So disappointed and this was the second time in a row. read more

This is one of the best places to watch sports in my opinion. Especially for out of market games.

Great food cooked with perfection, but I have the rudest waiter I've ever seen stuck his fingers in my face when I told him I had a food allergy very disrespectful to me not satisfied with that but food is good so if you wanna come on down to BF dubs for good food good idea if you wanna come down and get a waiter to yell at you and put his fingers in your face. My wife and I have been going here for years and watched the slow transition from fun sports bar into a less than customer friendly experience. The most ridiculous thing they do is serve one person at a time. If you are the diner getting your meal first you have two options, wait for the others to get their meal resulting in your food being cold and barely edible or eat while the others watch and then you get to return the favor and watch them. How stupid is that! If we go back which is a BIG if. It will be for a sporting event. One positive is that the burgers are very good but beware. If you don't say single they will automatically give you a double. Get plenty of napkins. read more

I'm not sure what happened to this place but my family and I tried to have dinner here tonight, were seated, rather empty, was not spoken to once for the 15-20 minutes we were seated. The tables surrounding us also, no food, just drinks, the entire time we were there they also weren't checked on. So who knows if they even got an order in. We got nothing, no drinks, no appetizers, not even a hello I'm your server I'll be with you in a moment. I knew in my gut if the service sucks this bad the food is about to be just as bad. So we walked out. Do not go here, don't waste your time! read more

Should not advertise that they deliver. Honestly the past couple times i've been here the service has sucked but I thought I would give it another try because I love this chain. However, I will not be ordering or going to this location anymore due to the fact that the staff and service lacks in nothing good. This establishment would run better if 5 year olds were in charge. read more

My online order took so long 45 min after my current pick up time. That's insane and on top of that my order was wrong , that's insane

We place an online order at 7:35pm & the pick up time was set for 8:10pm. We got to the location at 8:02 pm, a couple minutes early of the pick up time but didn't end up leaving the restaurant until 8:35pm. Around 8:20pm, I asked a server for an update on my order & all he said was... "If you place an online order, it should be on the rack, If it's not there, just wait." & walked away. did not ask for any information on my order. 10 minutes later, I asked a different server that I placed my online order an hour ago at this point & my order is not ready. She walked away & pulled out my order from the back after I asked. It was ready the entire time I was sitting. Wasted my time. We spoke to the manager & have no clue what happened after but do not plan on coming back here. read more

Wait was atrocious and it wasn't busy. No one of as there to serve us and we had to wait for 30 min and we were the only ones in line. Get your shit together. If it was understaffed then you should've over staffed on a day where you have a damn deal going on. How stupid is that. read more

Just stating the facts: We ordered at 4:58 and Door Dash delivered at 6:56. Manager claims someone stole the order. Perhaps this is on Door Dash or the store, but my order should not have taken 2 hours. The order was remade and the food was actually the best wings I ever had from BWs. read more

my family and I went to dinner there tonight, our waiter was great she always made sure that we were ok and if we needed anything, but when we finally order our food, the kitchen was the issue. all of our food was taking out at way different times and when MY wings finally came out, there weren't even hot, they were barely even warm and then it took longer for my son to get his boneless and they weren't even that crazy busy. My wife and I lost our appetite, and we were just ready to leave. yes, my son did have some appetizers and his fry's, but he really just wanted his wings. but once again the waiter we had was doing a great job and ever nice and very polite. And I am a repeating customer. read more

Would give a zero if I could . Ordered dinner on DD for my family after a long day for all of us. We were missing a whole meal and a salad. I initially called the DD driver, who said to call the restaurant; he didn't have the extra food. As soon as the person answered and I said I was missing items, he asked if I was (my name) and apologized for the missing items (which were still incorrect) and stated we could pick up the food. I replied we would, but should be comped for the missing meal, as they messed up and DD couldn't do anything (plus the whole convenience thing of why we ordered food in the first place). He said he was getting his manager, put me on hold for a long time, then said "do you still want to talk to her? Because she said there's nothing she can do" and I said yes, because your restaurant messed up the order, not DD. He hung up on me. My dad went to pick up the order, and was told it wasn't ready, and the mgr gave him an earful that I was belligerently screaming, swearing and insulting her employee. She had a major attitude. Ummm...what??? I didn't even raise my voice once, much less curse or name call. I said with conviction that I would like a refund before being hung-up on. This was the absolute worst experience ever. Completely unprofessional. I don't care if the food is good; shut this place down like the rest of the dying businesses surrounding it and the 11-years abandoned KMart behind it. You think I was a bitch for asking for a refund? Well now you've unleashed the actual bitch after you lied about my character. Reviewing the actual call, which I am sure is recorded(?) will prove it. Just awful people working there. read more

Made an order on Grubhub last night and it was a mess. They were missing the drinks and appetizer. They also gave me boneless wings without sauce. What was laughable was there a as a sticker signed by a "BK" checking off boxes claiming to have double checked the order was correct. Clearly, BK is not actually checking orders. The only reason for the two stars is that when I go in everything is correct, but it's a shame they can't handle the to go orders. I would have been ordering frequently, but to give me wings without buffalo sauce.. when you're Buffalo Wild Wings.. on top of forgetting half of my order, I won't be ordering through doordash again. read more

Ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings around 8:15p and the pick up was at 8:50p which totally fine. My husband went to pick it up and waited an hour to get our food and he had to tell them about it. When he got it the food looked old and not even warm like no warmth in the food whatsoever. We literally live not even 6 minutes from this store so it's not the drive home. I was so disappointed. I get being understaffed so the wait is long but if I have been waiting an hour longer than the actual pick up time I'd assume my food would be fresh if not at least hot or warm. My food looked like it was just probably sitting there for an hour and no one put it on the shelf. It was dry, cold, and genuinely disappointing read more
