Iced tea with no ice, slow slow food, the. no silverware with food sitting in front of us for a good 10 minutes until we went to the bar to get it ourselves, no refills with 3/4 empty drinks. Y'all better fire Robert ASAP. This dude threw a temper tantrum for 15 minutes. He came outside 3 times and screamed because he was upset he was understaffed. He threw my food at me and gave me attitude because he forgot to hand me half my order. Upon pickup, we grabbed what we were handed and left in a hurry to feed our people. I admitted we shouldve checked our order, but in good faith we trusted it was correct and left. His response to that was "i never trust anybody" and he stormed off. He called me a "SIMP" because I had to coach him on how to do his job. He sent his manager, Tiana to us who was well mannered and complacent. Thank you to HER for doing what she could. I have never had such terrible service at a restaurant in my life. We were told to move tables, and we waited 60 minutes for our appetizer and 75 minutes for our food. All I got was water and twenty boneless wings. The people who took our table left 25 minutes before us. Don't waste your time here. I had to go up to several employees to tell them we had been waiting for over an hour, and none of them apologized (only that all the tables were taking 45 minutes). Well deserved 2.5 on Google. Drove here to pick up my order for my employees and was naive to check my order to make sure everything is there (as you should with any place rated less than 3 stars. Drove all the way across town only to drive back to get the fries for the orders cause you know, gas is inexpensive these days. No offer to make things right or to make up for the inconvenience. First of all, we had the sampler platter and it was fine. And the service was good and the staff was friendly. The problem was we ate outside and while you could expect the tables to be dusty, there were also rings from plates and spilled food residue - we did have to ask someone to wipe pff our table . The floor was filthy with something spilled all over that stuck to my shoes, and there was trash under the tables next to us and it seems like, that was unnecessary. But when they brought the condiment server server out from inside, we almost got up and left because it was filthy. read more

Oh HELL NO! I'm not sure where to begin with this train wreck. We (7 of us) 'used' to go there to watch sports-ball but it's just not worth it. First, the food-Gross. The worst chicken-wings in Rapid City, I'm not joking. Hell, I'm not even sure they're chickens.. that small, cooked them in the shell? I would call the rest of the menu, mediocre bar food. Second, the service. Awful. Here's what you don't do as a server, eat food at the edge of the dining room, where we can see you lick your fingers.. then bring out our food to us. Another thing, man do not wear a ton of perfume. So heavy I could taste it. Oh yeah, that ten minutes you're talking/giggling with your coworker instead of doing your job...yeah, that impacts your tip, stupid. One last 'tip' to those servers - chewing gum, especially with your mouth open is pathetic. Third, "Ambiance", there is none, it's a pole barn with the acoustics to match. The place is loud, so if you're going to expect to hear what your watching on tv or have a conversation, forget it. They avoid using the stand-alone room, even if you're in a large group, as they're too lazy to clean it. The place in general is just dirty, especially the bathrooms; I wonder what the kitchen looks like. I'm not proud to admit how much time and money I've spent here... I regret it. This is sort of our go to for wings! Never disappoints.! So when we seen there was one close to our vacay stay, we were stoked! Food was nice and hot and came in a good amount of time! Came to the Rapid City, SD Buffalo Wild Wings thinking that most chains would have their employees wear a mask to make the customers feel comfortable. The second we walked into the Bdubs, the entry person did not wear a mask, she walked us to our table and then we were seated. The air conditioning was pretty poor so the place felt a bit humid, we felt like there was no airflow in here. After sitting down and debating if we felt comfortable here, our waitress came along and gave us our menus, she was not wearing a mask either (concluding that the cooks were likely not wearing masks). That's when we checked the amount of COVID cases and death's in the area and decided that we did not feel comfortable here eating in, and had to walk out. We then went to McDonald's and everyone there was wearing masks atleast. read more

This place is garbage. Sauce does not cover all the wings. We have been here multiple times trying to give them the best chance but they suck. Order 15 piece wings with 3 separate sauces. Got 13 wings and only two sauces. Order online for pickup at a certain time and the order is not ready on time. We talked to some friends who had gone there earlier that night and they had a bad experience with their check and order being wrong as well as having to listen to staff gossip and bad mouth each other right next to their table. I'm not quite sure that I have ever been this disrespected in a restaurant before. We walked in at 9:55pm and was seated. Immediately someone came from the back of the kitchen and told us they close at 10 and that they would not be serving us. When I questioned the gentlemen he told me, "it is people like me that keep people like him from working". People like me...hard working, looking for a late night meal...who eats in the restaurant that is paying his paycheck. Did this seriously happen? Then the managers response to me was this is why this is my last night as a manager here? The hostess even checked our bag to the receipt and still was wrong when we got home with no sauces. We spent $40 for wrong items and missing food. I used to love eating here when it first opened, so I decided to try it again after moving to Rapid City. Me and my boyfriend came in to eat here on a Sunday evening. It seemed fairly slow, so we decided it would be the best place to eat. Upon arriving, we were seated immediately. There were straw wrappers and trash all over the ground. After getting our menus and picking out what we wanted to drink, we waited about 30 minutes. All of the wait staff working that night didn't even make eye contact with us or acknowledge us and ask if we had been helped yet, so we left.
