This place scams you, and my colleagues got serious gastrointestinal illnesses from this please. They charged me full for my order, and did not include half of it in for delivery. I never got refunded or anything for it. Worse still, the half order we received that we ate, we all got ill from it GI-wise a few hours later. I give it a 3 for food and it is zero for service if I could... Disorganized front end, it's almost as if they don't have a manager.... I asked this server to bring out my wings first, so the salad entree would come out a little bit later ... Somehow the salad came out before the wings, that's a new one for me... Salad before the entree. This is the second time this has happened to me at the Buffalo wild Wing corporation... They always rush all the food out to the table, as if it's a busy Friday night... Mind you there was maybe a grand total of 20 people in the entire restaurant both times this happened to me... As mentioned above, the food is perfectly fine for what you're expecting... My friend ordered a wrap with potato wedges and he got fries.. The waitress was the one who suggested the wedges so it was weird he didn't get them. We went to the front to place our $100+ food order TOGO , we went to Jay to tell him we wanted to move to the outside and see if could get our drinks finally... NOPE. He never put it in. A week or so ago my wife brought home wings from here. She had the parmesan-garlic wings. They were okay, but nothing great, although she liked them. I had the Caribbean Jerk. They were flavorful, but not particularly spicy. We went in yesterday with our daughter for lunch. Our waiter Adam looked familiar. I suspect he had waited on us at another restaurant somewhere. This Wild Wings opened about a month ago. I asked Adam his opinion as I was struggling between the Thai Curry and the Mango Habanero. He said the Thai Curry was not well-received. Ah . . . He then stated that the Mango Habanero had brought plenty of men to their knees. :P I ordered it. I also asked him to keep an eye on refilling my Diet Coke. We ordered the spinach-artichoke dip. It was okay. My daughter very much liked it. I ordered the wings basket, which was supposed to be six wings and fries. There were a dozen wings. The Mango Habanero sauce was flavorful . . . and hot! I ate all 12. I enjoyed them, but will admit that I struggled at the end. I can't imagine wanting anything hotter. It seems that the two sauces that are hotter are all heat, not flavor. Adam indicated many do not finish them. Frankly, next time I will probably back off the heat just a tad, although I did enjoy the flavor. Service was fine. There are gazillions of televisions around here showing all the sports. On some of them you can play trivia too. Apparently, you get even get an app for the phone. I have a group of 9 with me. But as we walk in, I notice many empty tables. The host is not present at the front and 3 groups ahead of me haven't even been able to put their names down. When the host finally came to the front, she mentioned that there is a 20 minute wait. But it was clear that there were about 12-15 tables empty and clean. When the host finally asked for the group at the front's count and name, she left once again before asking the rest of us for our counts and names. Their disorganization already was disappointing. I also noticed MANY servers standing around talking to one another. I think it's cool to have a conversation with your coworkers but doing so for 10-15 minutes, I think that's a little much (I noticed it even when they sat us down). We ordered our drinks and entrees the moment we sat down due to the long wait upon seating. Me and a friend ordered sweet tea. When the beverages finally came out, our teas weren't even sweetened. and it took 20+ minutes for our server to walk passed us enough to get her attention. A bunch of us were in town for a NASA race weekend at New Jersey Motor Park and after a long day in the sun, we headed to "Wild Wings" for dinner. We decided to sit outside, having two sleeping babies along with us, it only made sense to be in a quieter setting. Surprisingly, it was pretty quiet outside, the evening air was amazing. We noticed that one of the channels on the TVs was showing something to do with Hooters Girls and the volume was really loud, so we asked the waitress if she would change the channel. I know all the guys with us would have loved to watch dim witted women bouncing around, but us ladies weren't really interested. I guess when you say 'can we watch the Olympics' what that really means is UCF on Fox in Spanish. Hmmm, girls bouncing on trampolines or dudes pounding the ever loving crap out of each other with Spanish commentary? Hahaha! The food is pretty much what you expect at Wild Wings. Lots of it, moderately priced, happy employees. We ordered the fried pickles (yum), fried mushrooms, nachos and onion rings for appetizers. I opted for a chicken sandwich with bacon, pepper jack cheese, lettuce and mayo for my main. I mean really, how could you go wrong? Between all the guys, a ton of various sauces were had on many dozens of chicken wings, and I believe a salad was ordered. All in all, we had a great time, with great food and great company. So, I'm somewhat bias here because B-Dubs is one of my favourite places-- especially when I'm on a business trip. The service is almost always good at B-Dubs, but this one was top-notch. Our waitress was amazing (it's been so long that I cannot remember her name). I will say that the manager seemed a bit rude to the servers and even got on our waitresses case for being polite and attentive. She was speaking to us and answering a question about what to do in their area and the manager was giving her a dirty look and kept staring angrily. It was already late and she only had two tables (ours and another one) and the other table was packing it in for the night having already paid. Even before this, the manager was being rude to several other waitresses, too. I get that everyone has a bad day, but this went on for the three hours were were there. My friends and I made sure to tip her well and also made a point of letting the manager know that you don't motivate people by being a tool. It truly seemed that the servers were genuinely scared of this person. Not cool. It made for an awkward dining experience. Our food was delicious and the drinks were kept full. Hats off to the wait staff and a big scowl to the manager. read more

Now, i was excited for BWW to come to vineland b/c i've had it at turnersville and down in Georgia, they were great. When ours opened up i very soon found out it wasn't going to live up to the same expectation as the others have been. Half the time the cooks forget counting is essential when ordering a numerical value of wings b/c i've literally been missing at least 1 or 2 wings per order of their (at least 5,10,15 count which is totally bullshit no one ever fucking weighs the wings). Sometimes the food comes out cold and cold fries are awful. Other times they're under or not seasoned (i like dry rub) at all, so it feels like you're eating plain wings. Almost every time i have to wait longer than usual locations where it's always packed (this one isn't unless there's a fight on Direct TV). Servers talk poorly about customers that didn't wait 30 minutes for a half empty restaurant to finally be approached and ended up leaving. They do a lot of chatting on the side rather than actually doing work. I understand everyone wants to have some down time but this place almost never gets full even during lunch time, so i think what they're missing is a lawnchair. **** Side note:(probably not important to some peopl) NOT ONE HOT GIRL in this whole place, if you go to any other location you'll find that almost all are attractive in some way, makes fucking tipping easier if you ask me.******** so TL DR: Food comes out up to par 30% of the time, Service sucks Long waits, poor server attitude and willingness to actually do work, No hotties. read more

The regular buffalo sauce is eh. Some of the other unique sauces are ok. Teriyaki sauce was too strong that it did not taste like teriyaki. Don't even get me started on the fish tacos. But on a good note, the mixed drinks were good (a little weak) but evenly mixed. Also, this location does not come close to good service. Pretty much what you can expect from a decent chain restaurant. Good food, nothing phenomenal, but worth a trip on occasion. I am partial to the Jammin Jalapeño, the Asian Zing, and if I'm feeling particularly froggy, the Mango Habenero. If you want a place to have some wings and beer and watch sports, this is the place to do it. They have trivia and poker as well to keep you occupied if you aren't into sports or its not game day. Mixed drinks are usually a bit on the weak side, but they have a great variety of beers on tap. It's a great place to watch the game, get together with friends, and have a yummy meal. read more

Well, I've been there many times and never had a problem. Food is typical with wings their main food. Big choice on drinks. Atmosphere has multiple tvs with all sports showing. The food here is pretty tasty! However, the serving staff is below average. I've dined here multiple times and have never once received the correct amount of change back. Most of the servers I've had are nowhere to be found when you need them, or look like they're messing around near the host stand. I do recall Christy being a good server though.
