We had heard good things about Buffalo Wild Wings. Our cousin in New York raved about them and a co-worker in Memphis said he goes there at least once a week. So we final tried them and we were delighted! We bought a 20 pieces Traditional, half Carolina Reaper and half Lemon-Pepper. Those Reapers were HOT, but with some Blue-Cheese and Ranch Dipping Sauces we polished them off in no time. Buffalo Wild Wings is now our go-to place for chicken wings!!! read more

We were seated right away. That's the only good thing I can say about this place. Three in our party. My wife and I were on one ticket. Her mom on a separate ticket. Wife and I ordered pick 6, two can dine for $19.99. She had the burger and potato wedges. I had the strips and tots. Both our meals were lukewarm warm at best. Guess they sat on the counter awhile. It took a little over 40 minutes to get to the table. My mother in law's didn't come at the same time. When our server asked if everything was good, we pointed out we were missing a meal. She said because it was a separate order it was in another ticket. When she came back 10 minutes later with it, she said she had to re-enter it. At least it didn't take 40 minutes. I know it's a sports bar / restaurant but holy cow was the volume LOUD. My best advice is don't go here. We will not ever go back. It was that bad. read more

Garbage location. Garbage service. Dirty environment. Only giving a 1 star because I can't give it a 0. Walked in. Every table was dirty. They're clearly understaffed which whatever I can give some sympathy that yall for it but if you're going to stay open while understaffed then don't be rude. Sat, and waited for 20 minutes, server finally came. The table was dirty she said "yall keep waiting I'll bring a towel" and waited an additional 20 minutes. Bunch of ghetto hood rats working at this location. The bar is the only spot to get adequate service. Was watching him the whole time I was waiting, and he was doing a fine job. So my advice people. If you ant BDUBS at this location during rush hour. Just go to the bar. If it's full. Just turn around and go somewhere else or during the early day. read more

The service is horrible they got my order wrong like twice waited a hour for my food and the waiter had a smart mouth

We were passing through for the night and wanted to catch some March Madness basketball. Sadly our team lost but BWW's did not let us down. Food was on point and server was excellent! I only wish I could remember her name. We have had bad service in the past at other BWW locations so it was nice to receive great service being out of town visitors, especially in today's world! Thanks B dubs! read more

I ordered the chicken wings., potato wedges, carrots & celery sticks and ranch sauce. The chicken was extremely hard to eat., way too hard., the potato wedges and carrots & celery didn't arrive. We didn't receive any condiments or napkins. I won't be ordering from this place again. The price is too expensive for horrible chicken. First time ordering from here. Order attached. " Saucy" chicken sandwich was less than saucy. In fact it was barely damp. Everything else was great unfortunately the person that paid for it (and any future orders) ordered the "saucy" chicken sandwich. Why do such a great job on nearly all the order to phone it in on one sandwich? read more

L O L pretty much sums up my experience here. Come in on a Saturday night. There's going to be a wait of course but the wait guy said the bar was first come first serve. Apparently that was a lie. We find a table that needs to be bussed and are patiently waiting by it when another group of ladies gets a servers attention and gets it bussed and we were like "we were here???" And the server they got told us there's a list for the bar. The employees need to get their act together and figure out what the rules are. 0/10 walked out. read more

As a long time BWW customer, I'm going to be saving some money in the future by never going back. No one at front to great customers. Finally someone came from in the back and said "seat yourselves where ever you can find a place"......interesting?.?. One waitress in bar area. Any empty table was un-bussed. Waitress finally came to table, and we just ordered all the food we wanted, because we could tell we weren't going to see her again for a while. The food....what can I say other than if I were starving I'd probably eat it without complaint; however that's not the case, the fries were cold and hard, the boneless chicken wings were not cold but the coating was very over cooked and hard, and the fried pickles had a strange flavor that I can't really describe. The beers were the best thing we had, but that's probably because BWW didn't make them. read more

I was drawn to go to BWW because I had a promo. However it turns out it was for dine-in only, but I was doing carry out. But I was already drawn in by the Bird Dawgs menu item. It may be a limited time only, so I wanted to snag them while I could. Well, it essentially was a giant chicken tender in a hot dog bun and really dressed nicely. I found it to be very tasty and have recommended to several friends. I ordered lemon garlic wings for my husband and he was pleased with them as well. The only drawback was the fries got kinda cold on my 15-minute drive home. Everything else was fine though. read more

I usually love Buffalo Wild Wings, but today was my first mediocre experience. I will say that my waitress was kind and attentive, but she did put my order in incorrectly. I ordered 6 traditional Asian Zing wings, but she brought me 10. I informed her immediately, and she said that she'd correct it, but didn't take my food. So I started eating. I mentioned to my hubby that the wings tasted "saucy", but not seasoned (but that's another story). Anyway, I only ate 3 wings while dining (as I usually do - which is why I only order 6)... so I asked for a box. When she returned with the box, she told me that her manager told her to TAKE 4 WINGS BACK!! After I've eaten? I thought that was extra strange! I gave over the 4 wings (because I really only wanted 6 to begin with anyway), but at this point, why even make a fuss about the other 4? I've eaten over them and had trash on my plate! So they were only going to throw them out. But the fact that it was requested (after I'd eaten) is what bothers me. read more

So I go in with a few homies during lunch and we were given the drink menus and I order what's on the front page. It was good so I order a second. When we get the bill and it states $8/beverage, I ask why because the difference in price. Manager says that that price is actually not for the beer shown, it's for a different one. No f**ks were given by who I assume is the manager and essentially I should've known better. Yes the price difference is marginal, but it's the principle. Nowhere in the menu does it articulate this price. It is really really s***ty advertising and they don't care, you will pay what they say you're going to pay. let my learning experience be a lesson to all, verify prices if there is any question. This pains me to do this but this restaurant doesn't deserve more than one star honestly. The only reason I did two stars is the super nice young lady that was working the carry out. I did an app order. It told me my food would be ready at 3. I got there at 2:50. She checked and it wasn't ready. She apologized and was super sweet. While I sat there no less that 10 customers came through. I didn't get my food until 3:30 and it was cold!!! How can you make me wait 30 minutes and still give me cold crappy food?? NOT happy. Being a BWW fanatic & road tripping from California we were happy to see one here in Tennessee. After stopping here for lunch, my father and I left very pleased with the service. We were served by a really great guy named AJ. He did a fantastic job. He was very attentive and also very personable. The food was brought to us quickly and our drinks never went empty. We also brought along our dog and her bowl and AJ was very sweet to her. Because of our dog we did sit on the patio (not sure if indoor is open) and everything was kept clean. It looks like this location is doing a great job and taking precautions with COVID. read more

Their customer service is the worst, they take forever to get the order and today I became a Karen thanks to them. I ordered from the app and I accidentally chose the restaurant address as the delivery address. I called them the first time to tell them they said we can't change that and hung up on me immediately . I called again and unfortunately the person who answered me was not the same person I spoke with the first time, I was mad from the way some of these people who work at the customer service treat you. I was yelling at them and I am not proud of that especially because it was a different person than the one hung up on me. They wasted the delivery guy time an effort and I yelled at someone who didn't do anything, I lost my money and I didn't get the food. And one time I stayed for almost an hour waiting to pick up my food . read more

Ordered 10 Boneless Wings takeout today. The flavor was wonderful but when I bit into it, I couldn't chew it. Same with the second and 3rd so I thought it wasn't cooked all the way through. I called the manager and returned my order. He took the bag and came back and said that it was cooked, just a lot of grizzle and had one in his hand, breaking apart it with his fingers. He asked if I wanted them to recook the order, I told him the chicken should be all the same and left the order with him. He just shrugged so $12 for a soda at Buffalo Wild Wings today. read more
