We were seated right away. That's the only good thing I can say about this place. Three in our party. My wife and I were on one ticket. Her mom on a separate ticket. Wife and I ordered pick 6, two can dine for $19.99. She had the burger and potato wedges. I had the strips and tots. Both our meals were lukewarm warm at best. Guess they sat on the counter awhile. It took a little over 40 minutes to get to the table. My mother in law's didn't come at the same time. When our server asked if everything was good, we pointed out we were missing a meal. She said because it was a separate order it was in another ticket. When she came back 10 minutes later with it, she said she had to re-enter it. At least it didn't take 40 minutes. The food....what can I say other than if I were starving I'd probably eat it without complaint; however that's not the case, the fries were cold and hard, the boneless chicken wings were not cold but the coating was very over cooked and hard, and the fried pickles had a strange flavor that I can't really describe. Came here to watch the game with some friends. Parking lot is really small. You may have to park a distance away. Outside TVs do not have loud volume for the games. L O L pretty much sums up my experience here. Come in on a Saturday night. There's going to be a wait of course but the wait guy said the bar was first come first serve. Apparently that was a lie. Being a BWW fanatic & road tripping from California we were happy to see one here in Tennessee. After stopping here for lunch, my father and I left very pleased with the service. We were served by a really great guy named AJ. He did a fantastic job. He was very attentive and also very personable. The food was brought to us quickly and our drinks never went empty. I fell face down on the floor because of multiple puddles of soupy water on the floor that are splatter at different places on the ground. The spot where I slipped and fell didn't have an orange cone or any wet floor signs up at the spot. I slipped, lost my balance and fell face down. If it wasn't for my left palm blocking me my head could have hitted the floor first. My face was less than half an inch away from the floor.
